Wunderschöne Hotelanlage gegen aussen
Pros:

Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön und die einzelnen Gebäude passen sich gut in die Landschaft ein; Das Bad im Zimmer ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Es war nicht möglich gegen den Abend eine Massage zu bekommen, da die Masseure dann keine Zeit haben; das geht nicht auf diesem Niveau, wenn man in dieser Preisliga spielen will; Das Zimmer war OK, aber mehr nicht. Irgendwie fehlen überall Kleinigkeiten, welche sich zu einem mittelmässigen Bild des Hotels summieren. Auch war uns nicht bewusst, wer das Hotel mit Herzblut führt und die Gastegeberrolle übernimmt.

Everything the do is to the highest standards
Pros:

The standard of property was excellent. From the staff to the location to the tranquility to the cleanliness, it was all excellent.

Cons:

The restaurant is fine dining and like everything else done here is of the highest standards. For us there was not an alternative on site and we would have liked a simpler less expensive alternative.

Pros:

Staff molto cordiale e super disponibile. Il posto è magnifico, nella tranquillità più totale, situato in un punto strategico relativamente vicino ai punti d’interesse principali della zona. Pulizia eccellente, così come la colazione a buffet. Vivamente consigliato!!

it’s cozy complex with good internal infrastructure. The definitely service needs improve.
Pros:

Overall place was nice and cosy with notes of country life. We did like the pool next to our apartment where we stayed. Overall design of the house was nice and made with detail.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room was far from ideal: we found used contact lenses in the nightstand and a patch with a beer cork near the pool left from previous guests — quite a shame considering the price we paid. The layout of the toilet is also questionable: not only is it visible from the bed, but the large window right next to it raises a lot of concerns. A few minor service issues as well make the place feel overpriced for what it offers.
