The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offer was wide, varied and fresh. The accommodation was very well located a short walk from the main square, bars and restaurants
This is a no shoes hotel and if we had known that we would have packed some slippers. There was a basket of sliders or flipflops for people to use but who wants to wear shoes that other people have been wearing. I think disposable slippers should be provided if your rule is no shoes. The decor is a little tired and the seals in the shower need replacing. Our shower tray had a crack in it. there are a lot of stairs. I know there's nothing that can be done about this but I dont remember reading it in the hotel information. If I had I would have requested a lower floor hotel. My dodgy knees and recent double hip replacement didn't like the 6 flights
La amabilidad con la que nos recibieron. Parking al lado aunque es una cochera al aire libre. Es una casa antigua pero muy bien decorada, se nota que hacen las cosas con cariño y dedicación. El desayuno muy rico. Se vive una experiencia diferente. A 10-15 min andado de la Plaza Central
La habitación es pequeña. Hay que subir escaleras estrechas y descalzos. Para ciertas personas puede ser angustioso
The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was a cold buffet of a very good standard. The room was clean and comfortable.
No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Unusual requirement to take shoes off before going upstairs.

En fait je n'avais pas vu qu'il y avait des escaliers pour monter dans les chambres cela était un peu compliqué pour ma maman de 90 ans sinon tout était parfait

La atención del personal del hotel los días previos a nuestra llegada. Nos mandaron la información necesaria para localizar el hotel, consejos de la ciudad...La dedicación que tiene a la hora de dar los desayunos, que esté correcto todo y así es, porque estaba todo rico. Enhorabuena por ello.
L'hôtel est bien entretenu, avec une jolie décoration intérieure et un personnel accueillant. Le rapport qualité/prix est bon. Situé à environ 15 minutes du centre-ville, il permet de se promener dans des quartiers moins touristiques mais tout aussi charmants.
La chambre était assez propre et le lit très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner était satisfaisant.
Nous avons également pu laisser nos affaires à la réception gratuitement le jour de notre départ afin de profiter de la journée tranquillement.
Les tables de chevet de la chambre étaient assez abîmés et la chambre assez petite mais suffisante pour une nuit ou deux.
Charged me extra in the name of council tax. I paid €37 it should have been just 16 euros
