Encantador y tranquilo!
Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito y tranquilo. El desayuno delicioso. El staff muy atento. El spa una gozada. La cama muy comoda y la habitación (con balcón) de buen tamaño.

Cons:

El wifi iba un poco lento y había poca luz en el espejo del baño. El resto perfecto.

A great place to stay with amazing food
Pros:

The property is located in a hill with an amazing view. The rooms are very comfortable and we loved the service of the waiters (Tiago Souza and Tiago Basílio). It was a great pleasure to go everyday for dinner and have a so warming and nice people (we also highly recommend the half board package as the food it is just amazing - it was really worth for us). Also, the hotel itself is very nice, with good facilities, a nice gym and everything needed for a vacation in a so amazing place as Madeira.

Cons:

The breakfast could change a bit more from time to time as most of the days it is very similar (but also good).

A great short break for 5 nights in a lovely peacful hotel.
Pros:

Great views and good facilities, clean and comfortable. Nice and quiet. Lovely breakfast and evening meals.

Cons:

Seemed slightly short staffed, no one at reception when we arrived but it was a minor issue and no real problem. A bit of a steep walk, 2km into the city centre. The shuttle bus was helpful but a few additional pick up drop off times would be better..

We will be returning
Pros:

The room was beautiful. Great location although we caught taxis due to the steep walk. Hotel was stunning, room was always cleaned however we had to ask reception for more tea and milk which they accommodated with no issues. We will be coming back.

Pros:

Vista mozzafiato su Funchal. Hotel molto silenzioso e tranquillo, letti comodissimi. Bellissima piscina. Ottima ed abbondante colazione.

Pros:

The view from the hotel was very nice and the breakfast was very good. There was always fresh fruit and very good coffee that was freshly cooked every morning.

Cons:

Room had a bit of a smell. The cleaning crew put personal belongings in drawers, so we panicked and looked all over the room, where they were. When ordering ice to the room the first few times we had no problem, then they wanted to charge us presumably because we didn’t tip them the first few times

Très bel établissement proposant l’ensemble des services attendus par son statut. À recommander !
Pros:

Bien situé sur les hauteurs de Funchal, l’hôtel est de taille humaine et au calme. Le parking est pratique et l’aménagement de la terrasse avec la piscine est sympathique. Il s’agit d’un vrai miradouro avec une vue imprenable sur Funchal et son port.
La Présence d’un spa, sauna, jacuzzi et la possibilité de massages rendent l’établissement tout à fait attrayant. Il y a même un billard.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner est impeccable et complet quand au choix de mon point de vue. Le restaurant est très bon.
Très bel établissement. Avec un bel état d’esprit de l’équipe.

Cons:

Système de climatisation qui ne fonctionnait que sur la vitesse 3 dans la chambre. Dommage.
