Pros:

Posizione più che ottima, il palco per la battaglia dei fiori era montato di fronte alla nostra finestra. Vence è una deliziosa cittadina e l'hotel è a pochi metri dal centro storico meravigliosamente provenzale. Bagno funzionale, sufficientemente grande Il parcheggio sotterraneo a pagamento è proprio sotto la piazza di fronte all'hotel. Il rapporto qualità prezzo dell'hotel è indiscutibilmente buono.

Cons:

L'hotel in sè è carino e ben strutturato ma:
abbiamo prenotato "colazione inclusa" ma in questo periodo non era prevista per carenza di personale e non siamo stati informati al momento del check in. Siamo stati comunque prontamente rimborsati, direttamente in hotel.
I materassi erano molto comodi (un'altra camera era occupata da nostri amici) ma il copriletto aveva grandi macchie e in generale si può lavorare meglio sulla pulizia. L'ascensore va "compreso", la porta si chiude ed apre più volte prima di salire.

L'hotel est placé tout près du centre historique, parking public (prix raisonnable) à proximité

Chambre simple et propre

Cons:

Un peu surpris par l'absence d'accueil à l'arrivée, mais les instructions reçues par mail et sms ont compensé cette absence.

Accueil inexistant, chambre mesquine, étouffante et sans charme (pour 172 € que nous avons perdus).

Vendredi 15 août, nous arrivons à 14 h 30 et apprenons par l'employée de la crêperie voisine de l'hôtel chargée de remettre les clés que le checking ne se fait pas avant 16 H. Ou bien il faut payer 10 €. Ce que nous faisons. Nous montons à la chambre 46 et découvrons au bout d'étroits couloirs, une minuscule chambre mansardée (pour 172 €). Impossible de demander un échange, il n'y a personne dans l'établissement.Nous avons préféré rendre les clés à l'employée de la crêperie et repartir.
