Pobyt w hotelu był bardzo udany. Dużym atutem jest świetna lokalizacja – blisko dworca oraz metra, co bardzo ułatwia zwiedzanie miasta i poruszanie się po okolicy. Personel był niezwykle miły, pomocny i zawsze uśmiechnięty.

Pokoje przyjemne, czyste i zadbane, z wygodnymi łóżkami, dzięki którym można było naprawdę dobrze wypocząć. Duży plus za czystą łazienkę z wanną.

Ogromnym udogodnieniem dla osób z celiakią było przygotowanie produktów bezglutenowych – pakowany w małych porcjach chleb bezglutenowy, osobno pakowane ciasteczka bezglutenowe oraz dokładnie oznaczone alergeny przy potrawach. To daje poczucie bezpieczeństwa i komfortu podczas posiłków.

Śniadania bardzo smaczne, kontynentalne w formie bufetu. Duży wybór produktów: sery, jajka, jajecznica, bekon, kiełbaski, warzywa, owoce, ciasta, rogaliki, a do tego pyszna kawa dobrej jakości i

Cons:

Das Bett ist nur 1,80 m lang. Wenn man sich nächtelang nicht ausstrecken kann, und daher der Schlaf nur so lala ist, gerät alles andere im den Hintergrund.

Non c'era la camera prenotata nel Lucilla Palace, credo per overbooking, mi hanno trovato una stanza in un hotel vicino, The Hive. Camera molto bella, nuova, comoda. Colazione ampia e gustosa.

Avevo pagato tutto al Lucilla Palace, all'uscita da The Hive le signore alla reception hanno messo in dubbio il pagamento, davanti a tutti i clienti, facemdomi passare per un ladro. Seccante.

Placeringen var perfekt, kun ca. 20 minutters gang til Colosseum og andre seværdigheder. Hotellet ligger i et roligt kvarter, hvilket gjorde opholdet ekstra behageligt. Personalet var meget venlige og hjælpsomme. ⭐️
