Pros:

Great location, surrounded by lush Gardens and right next to river. Short walk to town. Lovely pool … Great selection at breakfast. Rooms are dated and small, but clean and comfortable. Staff all helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Spayı kullanmadık ama otel genel olarak güler yüzlü çalışanları, temizliği ve şahane peyzajıyla vakit geçirmesi de çok keyifli bir yerdi. Havlular her gün değişmişti, hep temizdi oda.. gerçekten çok sevdik

Gayet konforlu odalardı kahvaltısı ve resepsiyon hizmetleri de oldukça iyiydi fakat bir geceden fazla konaklamalarda housekeepingin dolaba su bırakmaması ve kahvaltıda portakal suyundan ücret alınması iyi olmadı.

Pros:

Genel anlamda otel personeli güler yüzlü yardım severdi. Odamız hergün tertemizdi. Fakat kahvaltı esnasında hergün açık büfenin önünde oturan işletme sahibi olduğunu düşündüğüm yaşlı bayanın üslubu ve davranışları aşırı rahatsız edici ve iticiydi. O tarz bir otele yakışır davranışlar değildi. Bu yüzden bir daha tercih etmem.

5 gün 4 gece kaldım ve çok memnun oldum. Her konuda resepsiyondan destek alabildim. Spa yaptırmayı düşünüyorsanız ben çok beğendim, 1 seans almıştım fakat çok beğendiğim için 2 seans daha yaptırdım. Spor yaptığım için özellikle sırt ve bacak kas ağrılarına iyi gelen Deep Tissue masajını yaptırdım, mutlaka denemenizi öneririm. Kendi yaptığım tek hata araba kiralamamak oldu, istediğiniz yere istediğiniz zaman gezmek için kesinlikle öneririm. İndiğiniz aynı havalimanından tekrar geri dönüş yapacaksanız direkt oradan kiralayabilirsiniz.

Otelin bahçesi ve havuzu çok konforluydu. Dinlenmek için gitmiştim. Havuz temiz ve sessiz. Bahçesi düzenli ve bakımlı. Otelin konumu iyi. Odalın temizliği yeterli, personel güler yüzlü. Tekrar konaklamak için tercih edeceğim, tavsiye ederim.

Temiz , konforlu, elektrikli araç şarj istasyonu çok işime yaradı. Personel güleryüzlüydü. Aileye uygundu biz çok memnun kaldık,ihtiyacımız olan Herşey karşılandı çok teşekkür ederiz

Loved the location - right on the river with two large lovely pools and lots of little secluded areas around the hotel to relax, sunbathe, read a book. Loved the grounds themselves, full of beautiful plants and flowers. Breakfast was quite nice, not the best you'll ever have but wasn't bad. Two bug bears were - no iron (and couldn't borrow one either) and extortionate charge for late checkout (£44 for 4 hours). Having said that, would still go back again (taking a travel iron maybe ha ha)

Pros:

The biggest downfall for hotel was the fact that they tell you the spa is open from 10am till 7pm but they randomly close it earlier. These timings are already very short in comparison to most hotels so is really annoying. They then lied to expedia when they called as we put a complaint in saying that the spa needs to be booked in advance which is not the case.

The hotel its self however is great for location, cleanliness and food. However, the staff at reception are not very welcoming. We did meet Ali who was a very nice and obliging person who really helped us.

Property is lovely and has a great pool area with plenty on sun beds. Rooms were large however the lighting isn’t fabulous. The bathroom and pool towels really need to be replaced - they have had their day! Easy walk into town and only 100 TL for a cab when I took one into town. Breakfast is great and omelettes to order were delicious.

Pros:

Amazing hotel, friendly staff, clean, lots of loungers by the pool. Loved all of the chairs around the resort to sit and relax. The grounds were beautifully maintained.
