Das Hotel ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel, nur ein kleines Fenster. Kein Balkon. Schimmel im Badezimmer. Das Frühstück war an sich ok, nur sehr spärlich und das Personal hatte Schwierigkeiten mit dem nachfüllen. Milch und Kaffee gab es nur auf Bestellung. An einem Morgen musste mein 4-jähriger Sohn über 10 min auf seine Milch warten. Das Personal war generell ziemlich distanziert, nicht besonders herzlich. Nicht das, was man von einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwartet. Schade ist auch, dass der Pool nicht genutzt werden kann. Dieser ist nur für Events gedacht (davon stand bei der Buchung nichts, aber immerhin kam der Hinweis nach der Buchung). Als wir diese Themen an der Rezeption angesprochen haben, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass diese Punkte schon öfter von anderen Gästen angemerkt wurden, aber seitens der Leitung nichts passiert. Ohne Worte.

Location da tenere in considerazione
Pros:

Albergo elegante in posizione strategica vicina all'autostrada e non molto distante dal centro città, staff gentile e presente anche in ora tarda, camera ampia e bagno finestrato molto grande, ottimi i servizi. Bene il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Pros:

Hotel fantastico. Pulite le stanze, ottimo il ristorante interno. Posizione strategica.
Noi ci andiamo sempre quando scendiamo in Calabria. Lo usiamo per spezzare il viaggio e riposarci.

Cons:

Très belle hôtel avec toutes les commodités, chambres magnifiques et spacieuses, personnel au top et très à l écoute, petit déjeuner très copieux et varié sucré, salé et que dire du restaurant il vaut des restaurants étoilés
