Das Hotel hat uns nicht überzeugt, Desenzano ist wirklich schön - aber nicht dieses Hotel

Die Lage war gut, gut fußläufig zum Zentrum

Cons:

Es gab keine Sonnenschirme am kompletten Pool. Bei 38 Grad eine Zumutung!!! Geht gar nicht! Bei den Liegen sind immer die Sonnenblenden runter gefallen, uns wurde dann ein Schraubenzieher in die Hand gedrückt - selber reparieren. Beim Frühstücksbuffet wurde selbst auf Nachfrage nicht aufgefüllt (1 Std. vor Ende), es war nie Personal am Pool, dieser war auch sehr schmutzig. Auch die renovierten Zimmer waren zwar schön und stylisch, aber handwerklich eine Katastrophe. Böden schwammig und in und um die Dusche Schimmel.

Gutes zentrales Hotel mit lieben Mitarbeitenden
Pros:

Da wir mit dem Zug angereist sind, war die Lage ideal. Ein Katzensprung zum Bahnhof und fußläufig auch gut machbar in die Innenstadt und zum See.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Seeblick, sehr großem Balkon und haben den Platz sehr genossen. Frühstück ist ok, eher traditionell Italienisch, aber man findet genug und alles schmeckt lecker.

Cons:

Saft aus dem Automaten ist nie der Knüller und auch der Automatenkaffee löst keine Begeisterungsstürme aus. Muss man aber meistens mit leben. Wir haben einmal an der Bar eine Flasche Wasser aufs Zimmer bestellt und dazu gab es dann einmal Plasikbecher und keine Gläser. Fanden wir seltsam. Generell gibt es keine Tassen/ Gläser/ etc. auf dem Zimmer. Ok, es gibt auch keine Minibar, aber manchmal würde man sich ja schon über einen Löffel freuen oder ein Glas fürs Zähneputzen. Das war etwas minimalistisch und vor allem für den Zimmerpreis von über 200€ pro Nacht auch nicht angemessen.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
Pros:

Das personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die zimmer waren sauber. Bei problemen konnte man sich die ganze zeit bei der Rezeption melden. Die lage war sehr schön man ist nah am Bahnhof und nah an der innen stadt es ist aber trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen.

Cons:

Sehr wenige vegane alternativen beim frühstück.
