Location was good walking to central locations but sat next to two hostels

Breakfast and location were good with exception of hostels near were loud and a bit unsettling at times

Cons:

The hotel markets itself as a pet friendly hotel however we received a notice a couple days into our stay the someone complained about our dogs barking and not to leave them alone in the room. They were only left alone for short times to go to breakfast and or store where they could not go. They barked when housekeeping was near cleaning and making noise. Also, we were told we’d get a discount for our 2nd dog and did not receive that. The amount we paid was not comparable to the value overall. If they are going to market as a pet friendly hotel then they should also let none pet owners staying that the hotel caters to pets.

Excellent hôtel dans le centre d'Oberammergau
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé au centre d'Oberammergau. La chambre était très propre et le personnel est extrêmement accueillant. Le petit déjeuner comprend tout ce qu'il faut pour bien démarrer la journée. Je retournerai à cet hôtel sans hésitation.

Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again.
Pros:

Great location and very spacious, clean room. We really enjoyed having access to a patio with our dog.

Cons:

Inaccessibility to the sauna was the only downside to our stay. We arrived and asked if we could use the sauna, but the woman at reception was unprepared/unwilling to stay to operate the sauna for us so we could not use it. The next day we tried to utilize the sauna however we could not locate it and no workers were to be found to help us.
