The hotel doesn't have its own parking where you need to pay 27 dirhams per day for premium parking (if available) or around 15 dirhams for standard parking.

The apartment had one AC control panel controlling the full apartment, and the rooms doesn't feel cold after increasing the fan level / reduce temp. One bathroom available, two tissue boxes available in the apartment, no extra water bottles even after requesting (need to go to supermarket to buy), and not recommending for family.

Overall the apartment was good. Very spacious but the kitchen was very bad equipped.

I highly recommend Ecclipse.Their apartments are well appointed and very spacious. The concierge and front office staff are very friendly and helpful. When people book and an apartment the basic reason is to have a kitchen (and the laundry) otherwise you may as well stay at a hotel. We found the kitchen was not fully equipped and some parts not functional. I think they should improve the offerings in their kitchen. We had a problem with our door that kept buzzing randomly at different times during the night, that caused lots of sleepless nights, unfortunately.

Four of us stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. We got a spacious two-room suite, comfortable beds. The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly and at your service for all questions. The hotel is not newly furnished, but everything is in order. The location is excellent, close to shops and affordable restaurants. We felt safe. Excellent service for a good price.

The suites are very roomy with big loving room and kitchen full size fridge. Personnel is helpful, breakfast buffet just ok but overall experience for price was great

Zimmer war heruntergekommen und in die Jahre gekommen. 1 m2 Großer Balkon mit Aussicht auf die Wand des nachbargebäudes. Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich, zu allen Gästen. Freundlichkeit war nicht gegeben außer bei den door mans. Hotel kann ich höchstens für 1 Nacht empfehlen aber eigentlich ist auch das schon zu viel. Angeblich Parkplätze vorm Hotel, diese werden aber mit privaten Fahrzeugen blockiert. Sind 1 std nachts im Kreis gefahren und haben dann verzweifelt das Auto beim Hotel Parkservice abgegeben und dann wurde kurz telefoniert das private Fahrzeug weggefahren und das Auto in die freie Lücke gestellt und dafür 26 dhr berechnet pro 24 std.

Overall i like staying here but kitchen stuffs needs to be improved. Gas is not working good, needs to add more kitchen stuffs.

Alles soweit ok, aber so ein Frühstück habe ich in meiner bisherigen Reisezeit (incl. VAE) noch nie gesehen. Behälter mit heißem Wasser, daneben ein Glas Nescafe Gold, heller und dunkler Toast, aber kein Toaster, 2 Sorten Wurst, mal Schnittkäse, mal Frischkäse, Es gab gekochte Eier, Butter, eine Sorte Marmelade und warme Gerichte. In diesem Hotel vllt besser ohne Frühstück buchen.

Location and service was really good. Breakfast ok with room of improve meint but great View on The top floor. Very friendly staff. Spacious Appartements....kitchen could need a Refresh. But all good

Our stay was very relaxing, there were a couple of maintenance requests and they were fixed per request. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Very helpful . Will come back again.

It was nice, but there were bed bugs. Hope this gets sorted out for future customers, as it was a rough night and sleeping was an issue.

Not very cleen. Garbage under tue beds from old guests.
