Man kann sich durchaus arrangieren. Preisleistungsverhältnis: überteuert.

Zentrale Lage, Bahnhof, Innenstadt. Ruhig.

Wer ein Fan von Riad Hotels ist, der ist hier richtig. Spartanisch, ein Relikt aus früheren Zeiten, ein Original! Leider konnte der aktuelle Besitzer rein gar nichts über die Historie des antiken Hotels berichten.Die Bodenfliesen könnten einiges erzählen. Im Bezug auf zeitgemäßen Bedarf an ausreichenden Steckdosen ist eher vorsintflutlich! Frühstück ausreichend, ohne Eier, Käse usw. Die kleinste Einheit an abgepackten Butter. Etwas Obst. Treppensteigen, natürlich kein Aufzug. 4 Etagen.

J'ai constaté durant mon séjour dans votre établissement une importante non-conformité entre la chambre 2, qui m’a été attribbuée, et la description / les photos de présentation lors de la réservation.

- La chambre était située au rez-de-chaussée, sans véritable fenêtre donnant sur l’extérieur, ce qui contrevient à une attente légitime de luminosité et d’aération. Il y avait en effet une forte odeur de renfermé et d'humidité. La seule fenêtre ouvrable était munie de barreaux, ne s’ouvrait qu’à moitié. Il n'y avait aucun volet ou rideaux occultant, rendant impossible une obscurité correcte durant la nuit.

- La décoration était inexistante et très éloignée de celle présentée en ligne.

- La salle de bain était dans un état de salubrité inacceptable, présentant des traces de moisissures et de calcaire, ainsi que la présence de nombreux cafards et autres insectes rampants.

Dans ces conditions, le rapport qualité-prix s’est avéré totalement inacceptable, au regard du tarif payé et des prestations annoncées. Ces éléments constituent une non-conformité manifeste au regard de l’article 111-1 du Code de la consommation, relatif à l’obligation d’information précontractuelle du consommateur. Le manquement à cette obligation engage donc votre responsabilité professionnelle.

Tres bon séjour à l'hôtel Le Ryad
Pros:

Tres bon accueil et accessible quand on veut visiter marseilles a pied ou en transport en commun.

Cons:

Le seul hic serait la poussière pour les personnes présentant des allergies. Mais dans l'ensemble la chambre est propres (salle de bain, linge de lit, etc).

Es war soweit okay
Pros:

Die zentrale und doch nicht so laute Lage.
Das Personal war sehr bemüht und nett.

Cons:

Im Frühstücksraum und im Treppenhaus/ Rezeption war es von den Temperaturen her zu kalt. Das macht es für den Gast nicht unbedingt angenehm.
