Hotel Silvester

I was there today for my first time and I can say that it is really fantastic. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. The wellness is clean and ideal for two people. Champagne, tea, water and fruit were waiting for us. We will definitely come back! 5 stars.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Located very close to the airport which was ideal for an early morning flight. Not any restaurants or shops in the area but we were able to get a take-out order delivered to the hotel. Overall, great value

They offer couple massage, but you have to take it sapparaty one after another. Cant make reservation on the phone, only on email.
When I pointed out the mistakes, they behaved rudely.

Good hotel. Friendly staff, clean room. No problems.

Very comfortable room. Checking in was simple and quick. Clean room well maintained with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty and very reasonably priced.

The hotel is in small village, with nice view on Krvavcec and with nice village noisess a smell. We could not find accomodation in Bled - in summer time, so it is not so far from it using highway. Very good price and rich and tasty breakfast. Parking free in front of hotel.

The hotel looks nice and rather clean, but it based in the middle of 2 farms with cows, so the smell is horrendous which makes all your stuff smell.
The buffet is something from a kids birthday party and the breakfast is not very appealing either.
The rooms are very noisy so you can pretty much hear everyone in the other rooms talking, showering and using the toilet.
The hotel is great for layover but I wouldn't stay there more then I absolutely had to.

We arrived at 3pm for our 3pm check in. There was no one at the desk. I waited about 10 minutes before going to ring the bell on the desk, only to find that the bell was a fake and didn’t work. I wandered around saying “Hello?” with no luck. Finally at the 25 minute mark a woman showed up, seemed surprised that I wanted to check in (I had a reservation) and eventually gave us a key to our room. No offer of assistance even though my 88 year old mother clearly was not able to maneuver her suitcase. We had reserved a room with 2 single beds. When we got upstairs (at least there was an elevator), the room was tiny with only one double bed. I had to go back downstairs, explain the problem and was given a key for another room (again, no offer of assistance to help us switch rooms). The new room was fine. The only option for dinner was to go to a neighboring hotel. The Silvester Hotel woman knew nothing about the dinner. I had to walk over in the rain to find they offered only a fixed price buffet dinner. The one positive is the beds/pillows were very comfortable and the tiny bathroom had good water pressure with lots of hot water. The location also is good, only about a 10 minute drive to the airport. However it is located next to a working farm so when we opened the window the smell of cow manure was overpowering.

It's located near the airport, but it literally faces the large cow manure pile, across the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We were very late arriving so it was great that someone was there to open up and show us to our rooms.

The views from our room were brilliant.
Quite close to airport.
Breakfast was quite good for the price.

Nice great food staff wonderful! The first room would have been ok for kids but the bed was too low for me. The moved me to a larger room no charge. Close to airport and free shuttle great for an overnight stay for an early flight. Dinner was fantastic home made and the staff was very nice. Beautiful views of the mountains.

Great welcome, very clean. The airport transfert is very efficient.

Silvio is a wonderful host he made our stay very pleasant. Thank you for a lovely weekend.

excellent location. parking available. Only problem was no elevator and had to lug suitcases up three flights. I'm getting too old for that. But otherwise liked hotel. Bathrooms large with two sinks !

Convenient to Airport. Shuttle was excellent. Room was very nice. Enjoyed very much but only had a limited time there. Could not have been any better for our needs
