Pros:

Der Check-in hat alles gut funktioniert

Cons:

Wir waren in Zi 18 , da ist eine Alte Fernsehen an der Wand im Schlafzimmer und die Neue Smarttv war im Wohnzimmer. das war nicht bequem.
und gab keine geschirr tücher in die Küche .
ansonsten alles ok

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstücksangebot, eine Milchalternative fehlt aber noch. Schön fand ich auch den Balkon.

Good location. Hotel badly run.
Pros:

The small terrace was nice because it’s possible to hang out with family and friends from other rooms.

Cons:

We had 2 separate rooms underneath the roof. There was no AC to cool off the room at night. It was difficult sleeping.

Both rooms had an extremely pitched roof. Unfortunately, we kept banging our heads multiple times. One time it was so forceful that it made a pretty bad sound. I thought I have to drive my partner to the ER. It’s dangerous how the beds are placed in both rooms.

One room had an odd smell.

Instead of changing the wet towels that are placed on the floor they were folded nicely again. So the towels were damp as we returned.

In one room the coffee maker was broken and dirty. It was not cleaned or replaced during our stay. We were offered to use the coffee machine in the breakfast area that was really nice until the receptionist asked us in a very rude manner, if we had booked with breakfast….

As we tried to check out, the receptionist held us back like criminals. She gave us the feeling that we wanted to leave without paying. We assumed, we payed via the app already. After carefully checking, we noticed it was not payed via the app. We payed at the hotel with credit card but were denied an invoice after paying. Usually an hotel has a printed invoice handy and hands it to the customer right away. This entire situation was extremely uncomfortable. One day later, we received the invoice via email. This was not handled in a proper way.

On top of it, my family left the hotel after 2 nights because they were fed up.
