A beautiful historic property near to the river right in the heart of the old city of Deventer. I stayed in a studio, which had a mezzanine level and stairs up to the bed. It was well equipped and the bathroom was very modern. Note - the stairs were very steep up to the bed, so wouldn’t suit someone immobile. The stairs in the hotel are also very steep. The hotel staff were very friendly. All in all a very lovely stay.

Fijne, persoonlijke ontvangst, sfeervol hotel, geweldige locatie in de binnenstad met uitzicht op de IJssel
Karaktervol en leuke studio in de nok van een oud pand, met een klein dakterras aan de achterzijde van het gebouw. Met een klein keukentje en ruime minibar koelkast.
De badkamer met douche is wat klein maar functioneel. Het is in een pand bij de nieuwe markt, dus lekker centraal. In een kleine hotel garage (max 2 auto’s geparkeerd. Ontbijt zelf in de studio gedaan.

Expectations were high, a 2 bedroom hotel-appartment at a very desirable location in the middle of the city.
The reality was, a cold ( radiators did not work) noisy appartment, lacking in quality and finesse the price should warrant. To tol it all off, no hot water in the shower after 5 minutes. The proprietor did act quickly, apologized for the inconvenience, tried to fix it, but to no avail. All in all, a very bad experience in a hotel where price and value do not match.

Een goedkope en leuke optie om je even in Deventer onder te dompelen. Mooie verschillende kamers met goede voorzieningen. Aanrader. Ik heb voor m’n werk een aantal keren hier mogen overnachten
Property was an apartment with a large kitchen and bathroom. Very well equipped and located in a quiet area of the old town. Fantastic, would definitely stay here again.
Groot appartement in het centrum van Deventer. Veel leuke horeca.
Jammer dat we niet aan de IJssel zaten, zoals werd verwacht. Was wel even een domper.
Everything was fine. We had a very good stay. We came by bicycle which we could leave at the hotel garage. Thank you.

Ik heb het erg naar mijn zin gehad in het ruime appartement. Super locatie. Gastvrije eigenaar. Ik ga beslist nog eens terug.
