Es ist einer der modernsten und saubersten Hotels in der Umgebung.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war uns etwas zu klein. Da wir schon öfters in 4 Sterne Hotels übernachtet haben, empfinden wir den Preis von 120€ ohne Frühstück zu viel für das Zimmer. Es ist sehr hellhörig. Wenn man ein Zimmer hat, welches sich direkt am Treppenhaus befindet, hört man jeden und alles. Grundsätzlich ist aber die Ausstattung und das Mobiliar top und modern. Die Lage ist ok, wir fanden Playa de la Mata besser.

Fazit: Wenn man Wert auf eine moderne und saubere Ausstattung legt, dann ist man hier genau richtig.

We had a great stay & would come back.
Pros:

The breakfast was great, there was something for everyone, cooked or continental, fresh everyday. The room had a very comfortable bed, and the balcony faced the sea with sun rise directly opposite our room.

Cons:

For me it meets my needs, clean, polite staff, good food (breakfast, didn't try dinner) good location and quiet. The lounge area was accessible all day and provided somewhere comfortable to sit and chill. I would recommend this hotel and will come back again.

Todo estuvo perfecto. El único pequeño detalle fue que no había zapatillas, yo no había traído las mías. Por lo demás, una estancia excelente.

Travaux bruyants en cours à l'étage du dessus. Sans doute à terminer avant la haute saison... mais aucun dédommagement ou rabais. Donc pas 4 étoiles non mérités durant notre séjour. Février 2026.

Pros:

God frukostbuffé med mycket att välja på och två fina restauranger som serverade fantastisk mat. Härligt med balkong med havsutsikt och förmiddagssol. Rent och snyggt. Sängarna var sköna om än lite hårda. Väldigt trevlig och serviceinriktad personal.

Cons:

Det blev väldigt varmt i rummet på natten, det kändes som att ventilationen stängdes av. Vi bokade massage och den motsvarade inte riktigt förväntningarna. Den utfördes i anslutning till jacuzzin, det var trångt och inte så mysigt och gav därför inte riktigt den avslappning som vi hade önskat.

Lovely sea view and extremely clean pleasant rooms.
Pros:

Rooms lovely and clean and a great sea view

Cons:

We were with family and one of those were in a wheelchair. It was extremely difficult to get her wheelchair into the lift. Anyone who has a larger wheelchair wouldn't be able to stay in this hotel.

We did like the hotel and would use it again.
Pros:

A modern clean and well maintained hotel. Located on the seafront of the lovely town of Guardamar del Segura, beach outside the door. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Extortionate charge for hotel car parking, €10 per day, parking surrounding hotel is free out of season, in season municipal charges apply. Hotel refused to supply empty glasses for us to take to our room, but if we bought a drink at the bar we were permitted to take them to the room. 1st time ever we were refused such in all the hotels we have ever stayed at. Very disappointed. Additional cost for breakfast of €14pp too costly, we didn’t purchase.

Pros:

Miły personel. Świetna lokalizacja przy samej plaży. Restauracja na miejscu. Dobre śniadanie. Czajnik, herbata, kawa, woda mineralna w pokoju. Lodówka. W łazience mydło, szampon, odżywka do włosów, balsam do ciała. Bardzo wygodne łóżko i poduszki.

Cons:

Sky Bar- można wejść na taras na dachu, ale bar nie działa.
