Superb location with only a few steps to the pool and a few more to the wonderful beach of Guardamar. Very high quality
Pros:

It was my Daughter and two girls who stayed there. Their opinion if it was great, no issues at all. From the desk staff, cleaners and availability of breakfast they had no complaints.

Cons:

She said leaving 🥲. As they could have stayed a lot longer than the 6 and a half days.

Pros:

Ontbijt was perfect personeel was top behalve een dame die niet zo vriendelijk overkwam zij was nogal bazig, ik wou een sigaretje gaan roken maar ik mocht niet buiten gaan roken, begrip heb ik daar wel voor maar ze zij dat wel niet op een vriendelijke manier! Dit kan beter !!!

Cons:

Het zwembad had ik iets groter verwacht en ook was het water erg koud, de watervallen werkten niet tijden ons verblijf?

Déception générale par l’attitude du responsable de l’hôtel tant à l’arrivée qu’au départ.
Pros:

La localisation et la vue du rooftop, le personnel du rooftop est très agréable. La literie est confortable.

Cons:

L’accueil qui n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles, ni les chambre sans aucune isolation acoustique et la lumière du couloir qui passe à travers la porte de la chambre direct sur le lit. Les plats du restaurant ne sont pas très bon. Le personnel a l’accueil et en salle (rez) méritent à peine 2 étoiles. Du coup le prix payé est trop élevé.

La tranquilidad y la vista.

Cons:

Que la puerta del baño sonaba cada vez que entrábamos o salíamos.
Que el aire no pudiera bajar para estar mas fresquitos.

Wonderful
Pros:

This hotel is excellent. It is very near are large beautiful sandy beach. There is a bar on the roof which is a lovely place to spend time.
The staff were super friendly.

Cons:

They only give one set of keys for the double room. And you need the key to get into the pool area.

But in fairness this is very small considering how good this hotel is
