Basic. Very basic.
Pros:

Staff are nice. Room was very out dated hotel could do with some updating. Toilet did not flush. Quite embarrassing. Manager had to come and get it going as was blocked up from apparent non use.
Shower cubicle is tiny and like a prison.
Access to the hotel is v difficult for tourist who are driving. The narrowest Street you will find. Customers should be warned.
Skip the breakfast. Unexciting, plain and dry.
Bed was comfortable. V large room. Staff friendly. And nice garden.

siamo stati bene è un posto dovè si sta tranquilli ottima posizione strategica dovè ci si può facilmente spostare con la macchina ottima disponibilità solo due note negative una di non aver trovato un piccolo frigo in camera è l'altra di migliorare la colazione con più scelta è fantasia.

Rubbish hotel - do not recommend
Pros:

Expedia completely ruined my Amalfie Coast experience and put me in the Hotel Reginella in Massa Lubrense instead of Positano whi I had booked. I was not collected from the hotel from the airport and had to bear my own expense of €130 - if someone had been kind enough of offer me some assistance at the airport I would have caught a bus to where I was staying for €12!!!
The hotel Manager was very unwelcoming and was extremely unhelpful in assisting me. On my persistence he finally relented to let me use his phone to call Expedia of my messed up booking. As Positano hotel was fully booked Expedia advised that they would sort this our in 72 hours and would get back to me. To date I have had no communication!
The hotel Manager provided a very "bare mimumum" breakfast of packet toast and ham and cheese. I asked for a scrambled egg one morning (the only morning that I decided to partake in breakfast) he tutted at me in his own language and made me some eggs. Obviously not something that he is asked to do regularly. I felt like I was most unwelcome and would often return from a day out with laughing as I walked away to my room or when I was on the way out.
The manager was also quite inconvenienced when I told him that I would be leaving at 5.15am to get my bus but had reluctantly made one of the staff available for me to exit the building 'out of hours'.
On paying the bill I was told that I had to pay an extra €5 tax - €1 for each day. Not happy!
