Hotel und Aussicht schön, Lage wenig ansprechend und unsicher

Die Zimmer waren ansprechend ausgestattet

Cons:

Die Lage war zwar schön am Meer, allerdings haben wir uns in der Ortschaft nicht besonders sicher gefühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr einfach und es gab überhaupt keine Abwechslung und kaum Produkte aus der Region.

Short stay in Castellamere.
Pros:

Nice size room for a family of four, modern and clean. Reception staff were helpful and spoke good English, despite the very late check-in. Breakfast was excellent and served in a beautiful room overlooking the sea.

Nothing, the worst hotel I have ever been

Cons:

We stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

We were not informed in advance that renovation works were taking place in the room next to ours. At 8:00 AM we were woken up by very loud construction noise. This was distressing and significantly affected our stay.

When we approached reception to discuss the situation and ask for assistance, we felt that our concerns were not taken seriously and no practical solution was offered. We were also told that the manager was not available.

We have photo and video documentation of the construction activity from that morning.

We believe guests should be clearly informed in advance about renovation works that may impact their stay. Transparency and professional customer service are very important, and unfortunately, in our case, we did not feel supported
