Worst hotel ever

Nothing, the worst hotel I have ever been

Cons:

We stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

We were not informed in advance that renovation works were taking place in the room next to ours. At 8:00 AM we were woken up by very loud construction noise. This was distressing and significantly affected our stay.

When we approached reception to discuss the situation and ask for assistance, we felt that our concerns were not taken seriously and no practical solution was offered. We were also told that the manager was not available.

We have photo and video documentation of the construction activity from that morning.

We believe guests should be clearly informed in advance about renovation works that may impact their stay. Transparency and professional customer service are very important, and unfortunately, in our case, we did not feel supported

Cons:

Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber ich hatte mir schon etwas mehr Auswahl erhofft. Kann man machen aber mehr als 2 Tage würde ich mir das nicht geben wollen.

Ich kann dieses Hotel allen Reisenden empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück wird im 6. Stock angerichtet. Die runden Tische sind meistens für Gruppen reserviert und blicken auf das Meer. Tee, Kaffee und Cappuccino muss man sich selbst am Automaten zubereiten, wozu man die Tasse vom eigenen Platz mitnehmen muss.
Das Angebot ist reichhaltig, inclusive typisch neapolitanische Torten.

Cons:

Es liegt an der Strasse. Der Autolärm übertönt das Meeresrauschen. Er drang in mein Zimmer im 1. Stock.
