Notre séjour c’est très bien passé dans cet établissement
Pros:

L’hôtel a beaucoup de charme, le service est au top, nous avons manger au restaurant qui est gastronomique et les plats étaient très bon, le prix est raisonnable.

Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Auch die ruhige Lage des Hotels sowie die wunderschöne Aussicht haben uns sehr gefallen. Besonders positiv ist hervorzuheben, dass Hunde herzlich willkommen sind.

Cons:

Das Frühstück bietet grundsätzlich eine tolle Auswahl. Allerdings wäre es wünschenswert, wenn die gekühlten Speisen wie Fleisch, Käse und Joghurt entsprechend kühl gelagert wären. Auch die 3-Minuten-Eier waren leider kalt, was den Gesamteindruck etwas beeinträchtigt hat.

Vor Ort lebt ein Hund, der auf den Besuch meiner Hündin eher unglücklich reagiert hat. Da meine Hündin sehr ängstlich ist, musste ich mehrfach selbst dazwischen stehen. Es ist zwar nichts passiert, dennoch hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass hier etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit seitens des Personals besteht und bei Bedarf der Hund zurückgerufen wird.

Das Zimmer wurde täglich frisch hergerichtet, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Allerdings hatten wir den Eindruck, dass die Reinigung selbst etwas gründlicher hätte sein können.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare all’Hotel Carolina a Brusimpiano e devo dire che è stata un’esperienza davvero molto positiva sotto ogni punto di vista. La struttura è accogliente, ben curata e situata in una posizione splendida, perfetta per rilassarsi e godersi la tranquillità del luogo.
Le camere sono pulite, ordinate e confortevoli, con un’atmosfera familiare che ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio. Si percepisce attenzione nei dettagli e una gestione fatta con passione.
Un aspetto che mi ha colpito particolarmente è stata l’accoglienza: il personale è gentile, disponibile e sempre sorridente. Un ringraziamento speciale al barista del mattino, che mi preparava ogni giorno un caffè davvero eccellente, iniziando la giornata nel modo giusto.
E poi… una menzione speciale va al “vero padrone di casa”: lo splendido pastore tedesco dell’hotel! Un cane meraviglioso, equilibrato, educatissimo e affettuoso, che contribuisce a rendere l’ambiente ancora più caldo e unico.
In sintesi, un luogo autentico, dove si sta bene davvero. Ci tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio senza esitazione.

This beautiful hotel with stunning views on the Swiss border met all our expectations and more. Our group consisted of 7 people. After settling into our rooms, our stomachs started to feel empty. Since we didn’t have a reservation for dinner, it was difficult to find a place to eat, as it was Saturday and Easter. But just when you feel like what’s next, the hotel team offered us the opportunity to have dinner in the hotel lounge. It was great. Our server VIVI was very professional with a great sense of humor and didn’t give in to anything, and we felt like we were in a VIP room. Many thanks for this wonderful attention and such a warm experience. Best of luck to your hotel

Soggiorno già inserito tra le cose belle da ricordare

Hotel situato nella parte sud del Lago di Lugano, con piscina, parcheggio. È stato un soggiorno gradevolissimo:stanza molto grande così come il bagno con doccia. Pulizia ai massimi livelli. Abbiamo cenato anche lì e trovato tutto squisito. L'hotel ha sia il bistrot che il ristorante. La maitre del bistrot Sabrina è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile ad accogliere qualsiasi nostra richiesta,Carlo invece ci ha offerto tutta la sua maestria anche nel prepararci una pizza davvero squisita. In hotel ci ha accolto uno staff davvero cordiale e disponibile: Arianna ci ha illustrato le zone del circondario da poter visitare e illustrato i nuovi servizi dell'hotel legati al mondo dei Bitcoin. Merita una menzione speciale come membro dello staff Blacky,il componente pelosone e buonissimo, per un momento gradevole di pet therapy. Davvero molto gradito ed apprezzato tutto,nel complesso ECCELLENTE.

Erwartungen übertroffen
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Die Zimmer waren recht groß. Zwar nicht das neueste Immobiliar, aber alles sehr sauber mit großem Fernseher und einem tollen und gut ausgestatteten Toilette.
Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut und für italienische Verhältnisse super. Es gab ein tolles Buffet mit viel Auswahl und wirklich sehr frischen Lebensmitteln.
Die Lage ist auch sehr praktisch. In einem kleinen Dorf nahe des Sees.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hôtel convivial à deux pas de la frontière avec la Suisse
Pros:

J ai beaucoup aimé l accueil ainsi que le personnel qui est très souriant, à l'écoute et professionnels.
Le dejeuner est bien achalandé avec des produits frais et variés. Le lit etais confortable et propre tout comme la douche d'ailleurs. Un endroit très coquet et bien aménagé.
A l'extérieur se trouve une petite piscine avec de jolies chaises où on siroter un cocktail par exemple
Je conseille vivement cet hôtel, car en plus de son authenticité il se trouve juste en face du lac ce qui est très pratique pour les balades après les repas.

Cons:

Une petite amélioration au niveau du Wi-Fi qui ne se trouve qu'au salon.
Et aussi quelques joint du carrelage de douche qui seraient largement à refaire

Entspannung an einem sehr schönen Ort
Pros:

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Aufmerksames, zuvorkommendes Personal. Schöne Lage. Sauberes Zimmer. Wir hatten eines mit Balkon und Seesicht gebucht. Der Aufpreis hat sich gelohnt! Das Hotel ist in der Region zentral und schön gelegen für Auflüge mit dem Auto an den Lago Maggiore, Lago do Como oder Lago di Lugano.
