Un hôtel très calme et bien situé au cœur du Havre
Pros:

Une chambre très calme et spacieuse, avec tout le confort nécessaire (grand lit, large douche). L'hôtel est très bien placé, en plein centre ville.

La posizione è davvero buona, è un ottimo compromesso tra la vicinanza al centro e al mare e la tranquillità e il silenzio della zona, e c'è un supermercato proprio di fronte aperto tutti i giorni.

Cons:

Note dolenti:
-Dieci minuti di attesa fuori l'hotel per fare il check-in all'orario concordato
-Nessuna risposta a una domanda di check-in anticipato di un'ora. Alla reception hanno ammesso di non essersi accorti della domanda.
-Letto scomodo alla camera 15 ma questo direi che è molto soggettivo, altri potrebbero trovarlo comodo.
-Il prezzo è elevato per la qualità della struttura e delle camere.

Das Hotel hat mir insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist einfach top – zentral und doch ruhig. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Bett: Es war super bequem, ich habe hervorragend geschlafen. Gerne wieder!

Bien si j’exclus le service
Pros:

Hôtel propre. Central , Confortable avec toutes les commodités

Cons:

La personne a l’accueil n’est pas à la hauteur, on a l’impression d’être tout seul dans l’hôtel ( Check in, petit déjeuner et Check out) . Je n’étais pas enregistrée en arrivant alors que ma réservation était payée et le surclassement annoncé n’a pas été appliqué ( chambre normale alors que j’avais réservé une chambre confort)
