Pros:

Vyborny a mily personal, boli napomocni a ochotni.
Vyborna lokalita, vsade sme chodili peso, aj na vlakovu stanicu, ked sme sa presuvali do Monte Carla. Z letiska sme prisli taxikom. Pobliz je vela barov a restauracii.

Cons:

v izbe je v noci trosku hluk z ulice, kedze ste v centre. Ide o to co preferujete. Nam to az tak nevadilo, lebo sme chceli byt v centre.

Brilliant central location . Definitely worth to get a room with a balcony. . Reception staff were brilliant and so helpful and friendly with great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit - -. Bakery close to hotel for breakfast. Use of beach towels was great for visit to beach .. Door codes worked very efficiently.

The location is very good and its a good value for the price. And Jean-Louis is one of the friendliest and most welcoming receptionists I've ever met. Merci beaucoup; you're great at your job!

Cons:

It’s an old building and therefore a bit noisy – for example, when other guests are unlocking their rooms. So if you’re sensitive to noise, earplugs are recommended.

very bad, i had a flu because of this room!
Pros:

there is an idoor stairs to go from level to another. If you have luggage it will be very difficult to move the luggage.
There is a smell of humidity in the room.

Cons:

the indoor stairs, the smell of humidity, and they dont provide water in the room!!!

The location was convenient to Nice. Short walk to the beach, old town, plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. Staff were all exceptional

Cons:

The room was very small. And while it had a terrace the view was lousy. The hotel is on the 4th floor (5th counting the ground floor where you enter the building). Tiny elevator—it’s an old building.

Awesome if you understand the value
Pros:

Very comfy beds and helpful staff

Cons:

Elevator can't take big luggage so we had to go up and down many times while checking in and out.

We had bike boxes as we were doing ironman and those things are heavy to carry for 4 floors

Best hotel in Nice, couldn’t recommend it more.
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable and the balcony view was incredible. The staff were welcoming, friendly and super helpful. I paid for breakfast for two of the days and they bring it to your room which I loved! Location is great, loads of restaurants nearby and a short walk to the beach!

Cons:

Nothing negative to say, I would highly recommend staying here on your next visit to Nice!
