Perfect! I'd come back and recommend this place.
Pros:

The location was perfect, we didn't except the room would have a nice balcony with a very romantic view to the mountains and the street underneath, and also without compromising our privacy at all. Jean-Louis at the reception was exceptional, took all the time of the world to explain us Nice with map in hand and very open to our own recommendations of what to do in the city. The room was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We were able to leave our luggage in the reception for a few hours after check out to fit our departing flight which was awesome as well.
We would 100% recommend this Hotel.

Pros:

Персонал очень дружелюбен и приветлив. Комната была очень чистой и очень удобной, мне хватало места делать зарядку по утрам. Завтрак приносили прямо в номер в оговоренное время и это было очень мило. Посуда для завтрака красивая и мне хватало круассана с маслом и джемом, может кому то будет мало. И они убирают номер каждый день, но мне было не нужно и я решила отказаться, всего три дня там была

Стены между номерами очень тонкие, все слышно
Я провела две ночи в тишине и уж думала что это будет мой отель для постоянной остановки так как я собираюсь часто приезжать в Ниццу, но в последний вечер заселилась пара в соседний номер, они были такие шумные это просто ужас, женщина смеялась так громко. К 12 ночи они так и не собирались становиться тише и я постучала в их номер чтобы попросить вести потише, у меня был самолет в 8 утра и я хотела хоть немного нормально поспать. Мужчина вроде как меня понял и согласился что они будут тише, но женщина решила что ей на все пофиг и продолжала смеяться и громко говорить потом она вообще решила стонать. Я не представляю как выдержать если в соседнем номере будут заниматься половым актом. В общем из-за стен этот отель вышел из списка отелей в который я вернусь несмотря на все его остальные плюсы. Сон важнее всего!

Pros:

De ligging van het hotel is ideaal, in het centrum en dicht aan het strand. De kamer was netjes en aangenaam. Het terras was heerlijk en echt een pluspunt.

Lovely staff and perfect location!
Pros:

As soon as we arrived at Hotel Solara we were immediately greeted by a lovely lady! She was very helpful in providing us some restaurant recommendations and explaining what we should explore. The location was 10/10 with restaurants at your doorstep. The noise didn’t affect us.

Cons:

Room was a bit small for 3 people but we knew that when we booked. Still manageable didn’t affect our great experience.

So pleased we chose this apartment with its excellent location and just everything we needed
Pros:

We loved the apartment, it was just perfect for our 4 night stay. It was clean, comfortable with a fab balcony and so close to cafes, shops and restaurants. The Reception Team very so lovely, helpful and friendly, we had a wonderful stay, thank you.

Fantastic place to stay, highly recommend
Pros:

the room was very spacious, the balcony was great (love to sit outside), staff were fantastic, we even splurged and had our breakfast delivered one morning, it was delicious

At first when you walk in building looks old and run down but the hotel on fourth floor has been decorated to a high standard
