Lovely atmosphere around the pool and the restaurant. Very friendly staff especially the guy at the bar, girls at the pool bar and the chef cooking eggs every morning!

Cons:

The reception staff are very friendly but need a bit more training. They need to explain at the checking how the restaurant situation works, pool towels, internet etc. Food is lovely at the restaurant but u need to go and order and then go and pick it up…didn’t expect that in a 4 star hotel. Nevertheless, I would definitely go back, hence the 10/10

Très bel hôtel, bien situé avec 2 belles piscines cependant un point est à faire avec les femmes de chambre car le seul

Emplacement proche des transports de la plage et des commerces, très belle vue sur la mer et la piscine

Cons:

À plusieurs reprises dans la semaine la chambre n’a pas été faite malgré le panneau mis devant la porte, les serviettes ont quelquefois été oubliées (anciennes retirées mais pas de nouvelles) et surtout le premier jour nous n’avons pas eu de gel douche, nous l’avons signalé à l’accueil le matin de notre arrivée et le soir toujours rien nous sommes descendus à l’accueil et quelqu’un devait venir nous en apporter, rien. On a dû faire les couloirs pour chercher la femme de chambre et lui demander directement

It was amazing, I hope I get to go back one day!
Pros:

spacious room, with a balcony with an amazing sea view. We got to check in early as our room was ready, the two pools are amazing, counfy sun loungers, there was always space. the breakfast is one of the best if not the best I have had in a hotel, with a chef making your eggs on demand. staff were so lovely, location was perfect, walking distance to 3 different beaches.
large bathroom wortop for all your toiletries and they let me use the pool the full day after I checked out as my flight back was very late.

Cons:

only minor negatives were the noise coming from the corridor, you could hear everything, but all good with ear plugs, and the lifts which were pretty slow.

Wonderful and relaxing, great food and drinks
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious as was lunch. Mojitos were perfect. The standout was the pool area, loads of space and super comfy loungers. It was great to have a completly private bathroom too, as so many hotels have open bathrooms or frosted glass. We loved our holiday.
