Das Personal war wirklich sehr nett und die Anlage an sich sehr gut. Essen Top und auch die Lage sehr gut.
Immer sauber und sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Bis auf die Zimmer, alles TOP !! 👍

Cons:

Das Zimmer war wirklich unterirdisch isoliert. Bei starkem Wind kam durchgehend ein Pfeifen durch das Fenster. Was auch wirklich sehr schlimm und unerträglich war: Die Türen !! Das ganze Stockwerk wusste, wer wann ins Zimmer kam. Dieses Quietschen war nicht mehr auszuhalten. Speziell nach Mitternacht! Unbedingt renovieren!

War schön - wenn ich nochmal hinfliegen würde, dann nur weil Servicekräfte und Frühstück Top waren.
Pros:

Frühstück TOP!! Ehrlicherweise hatte ich schon 5 Sterne Hotels die nicht annähernd so ein Frühstück hatten. Restaurantmitarbeiter, Kellner und auch die Bedienung am Pool großes Lob, TOP .. ( vor allem Rebeca!! ) Reinigungsdame sehr freundlich und rücksichtsvoll.

Lage ist gut, auch gut mit bus von Flughafen erreichbar.

Cons:

Um ehrlich zu sein, habe ich selbst 6 Jahre lang als Reservation Manager in einem 4 Sterne Hotel gearbeitet. „ was ich garnicht gut fand, dass Hotel / Rezeption nicht zurück schreibt, die Nachricht/ Anfrage von mir wurde einfach ignoriert, auch beim Check In sehr kalt und man hat sich nicht Willkommen gefüllt!! Rezeption würde ich nicht unbedingt gut bewerten, Ausgenommen die weiblichen Rezeption Mitarbeiter“.

Verbesserungsbedarf was Kommunikation mit Gäste angeht, bzgl. Anfragen. Besser ein höfliches Nein als einfach ignorieren.

Einzelzimmer würde ich Definitiv nicht nochmal Buchen.

Excelente
Pros:

Excelente relação qualidade-preço. O quarto era confortável, limpo e a vista era muito agradável. O café da manhã também foi muito bom, com variedade suficiente para começar bem o dia.

Gostei muito do atendimento da recepção. Todos foram simpáticos, prestativos e me fizeram sentir bem-vinda durante toda a estadia.

A localização também foi conveniente e, no geral, tive uma experiência muito positiva. O único ponto menos favorável foi a rampa de acesso, que pode ser um pouco cansativa, mas isso não prejudicou minha estadia.

Recomendo o hotel e certamente voltaria a me hospedar aqui.

Nice rooms and great food.

Cons:

Very very loud area but also very loud people in the hotel. No isolation so you can hear everything, couldn’t sleep at night at all. Some of the stuff not too kind.

L’emplacement, la propreté, personnel bien

Y’avait pas de couette ou de couverture dans la chambre alors j’ai besoin de me couvrir même l’été sachant que la on etait fin mai et le soir il fait un peu froid.
Le coffre fort ne fonctionnait pas.
Les cafés ne sont pas compris dans le petit déjeuner, je trouve ça très malhonnête car on arrive au petit déjeuner et là surprise on doit payer pour avoir un espresso. Si je savais ça je n’aurai pas pris l’option petit dej, je ne suis pas du tout satisfait de ça.
Un peu mal informé on apprend des choses via les autres voyageurs sur l’hôtel
