Everything, it is kind of luxury hotel. They cleaned during our stay as well, which is exceptional for me.

Cozy hotel, ideal when you're traveling by car and want to avoid the hussle of parking in Venice
Pros:

Hotel is 100 meters from the bus stations that takes you into Venice, bus goes every 10 minutes. Hotel is very clean, and staff is very nice.

Cons:

I wouldn't rate it 4 stars, it's better described as 3 star hotel. However, it's much cheaper than hotels in Venice, and they offer parking, which in Venice costs more than the room itself

Senza stress per viversi Venezia e dintorni
Pros:

La posizione è ideale per chi vuole passare più di 5 giorni a Venezia senza spendere troppo e senza ritrovarsi nella bolgia del centro città. Si trova tra la fermata del bus (15) per raggiungere la stazione dei treni o l’aeroporto e poco distante il tram (T1) utile per raggiungere il centro di Mestre o Piazzale Roma a Venezia.

Cons:

L’unica pecca forse è che la struttura risulta un po’ vecchiotta, ma incide relativamente poco sulla qualità del soggiorno

Pros:

Great location. close to bus and coffee. Easy to get to Venice and back. Great room and awesome staff. Parking right in front of hotel if you have a car. Will stay here again if we return to Venice.
