Catastrophique, on a même pas dormi trois heures

C’est c’est trop vieux la peinture d’école de partout ce que j’aimais. Franchement les personnels d’accueil, c’est pas leur faute que l’hôtel est trop vieux qu’il est devenu aussi cher.

Cons:

Nettoyage est mal fait les peintures se décollent, t’as des bonnes peintures de collée de partout il fait chaud, c’est avec des ventilateurs y a même pas de clim. En plus de ça c’est que dans un coin fermé pour se garer c’était l’enfer en plus de ça. Apparemment il propose pas le petit-déj’ que ils ont mis et en plus c’est un site trop vieux.

Cons:

Il bagno troppo piccolo e senza piatto doccia si allagava. Troppo caldo in stanza e mancanza di uno stendino per i costumi, utile essendo un posto di mare.

Insetti in camera, purtroppo per il prezzo che si paga non accettabile

Posizione centrale.
Abbiamo avuto problema con la nostra camera (insetti e sporco) e la signora dello staff, che ringrazio, è riuscita a trovare sistemazione alternativa, è stara molto gentile e disponibile. Si è attivata subito per risolvere il momento di disagio.

Cons:

Purtroppo appena arrivate in camera c’erano degli insetti in camera tra cui delle blatte.
La camera e il bagno inadeguati. Ok che è un 2 stelle ma per il prezzo che si paga, è assurdo dover dormire in un posto così sporco e malandato.

Second, the property's description and the actual condition of the room did not match my reasonable expectations. The excessive heat made the room unsuitable for children, and the broken sink was an additional serious issue.

La atención que recibimos mi pareja y yo fue la mejor, personal muy amable y atentos a brindar un buen servicio, nos explicó y brindó rutas y consejos para aprovechar mejor nuestra visita a Rapallo, muy agradecido realmente.
