We booked this hotel based on the information provided on their page about parking. This information was incorrect, and because of this, it was ultimately impossible for us to stay at the hotel at all.
We discovered the issue shortly after making the booking, when the hotel told us via chat that they actually do not have private parking, despite their page stating otherwise. After realizing that the parking situation did not match the information provided when we booked, we requested to cancel our reservation. This was the day before we were supposed to arrive.
We provided a screenshot showing exactly what the hotel’s page stated about the parking facilities when we made the booking. Booking.com also confirmed to us that they contacted the hotel and asked them to correct the information. The hotel subsequently changed the information on their page.
Despite this, they refused to provide us with a refund and continuously insisted that the information on their page had been correct. This was particularly frustrating given that we had clear evidence of what was stated when we booked, and Booking.com confirmed that the information was subsequently changed.
What is most disappointing is how the situation was handled. Rather than acknowledging that the information had been incorrect and taking responsibility, the hotel repeatedly maintained that their information was correct, despite the screenshot we provided and the fact that the information was later changed.
We find this handling of the situation extremely disappointing and would not recommend booking this hotel based on our experience.
La ubicación habia muchas paradas de autobus, y se podía llegar caminando al coliseo
Las personas de recepción muy amables y un excelente servicio. Lo que no me gusto es que el personal de limpieza se enojo y cobro venganza porque dejamos las toallas para que las cambiará en la regadera, y no leímos que se tenían que dejan en el lavabo porque solo había un letrero pequeño en la puerta qué casi no se veía, y culturalmente en mexico se dejan dentro de la regadera y como venganza nos dejó las almohadas encima de las maletas y se me hace grosero, porque las almohadas es donde nos vamos a acostar y las maletas estan sucias porque las transportamos por muchos lados. Otro punto que no me agrado y es que le falta una renovación al hotel ya que tiene cosas muy antiguas.

We liked the location, size, facilities, general cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The cleaning lady was very good and they fresh towels everyday.
The WiFi was quite weak in the room and worked better in the lobby. A little bit tricky to find if it's your first time so a clear sign outside would be great.
The staff was excellent. So friendly and helpful.
Overall no complaints at all.
The hotel is located walking distance away from the colesseum which made our stay easy
