Service et personnel courtois et très gentil, très attentionné!
Hotel à proximité des plages payantes et non, tranquille, chambre spacieuse
Seul hic mon matelas était très inconfortable mais les deux autres étaient corrects
J’y retournerais certainement !

Altstadt ist mit dem Bus einfach zu erreichen. Tagesticket für ÖPNV kann im Kiosk gegenüber für 4,50 € erworben werden.
Parken ist mit Hotelausweis direkt in der Straße vor dem Hotel kostenlos möglich.

Hotel plus Service war gut. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Es gibt dort viele Bars und Restaurants. Das Meer ist fast vor der Haustür.

Dormito solo una notte con la famiglia, stanza quadrupla. La stanza è ampia, molto spaziosa, con soffitti alti, un letto matrimoniale e due singoli, una poltrona, una scrivania, tv, frigo bar, wifi, ampio terrazzo con tavolino all'esterno della stanza. Posizionata sul lungomare, ottimo per completare la giornata con una passeggiata e una cena nei numerosi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Personale gentile.

We loved this hotel! The room and balcony were great, location was fantastic and breakfast was really good! I would come back again without hesitation.

This place is very outdated! The carpet needs replaced. There was mold in the fridge. And we can't be positive, but we think it had bed bugs! I tore apart the bed but never actually saw any. My friend has aweful red welps on her arms and legs that itch really bad! In thier hotels.com information it says they have sleep number beds, they we're not! Also we're not very comfortable and the pillows we're flat. We could hear the conversation of the people in the rooms on either side. We had a jam packed itinerary for our short 3 day stay or I would of requested a refund and found another hotel!

They did have a nice continental breakfast but it ended at 9am and being on vacation I prefer to sleep in a little so only made it down for a quick coffee and croissant. The front desk staff were nice and helpful.
I am not sure how this place has such high reviews. I would not stay here again unless they made some major changes!

L'Hotel Laurens ha il proprio stile "retrò" che conserva amorevolmente dando il giusto compromesso Qualità/Prezzo (è ben più economico di altri in zona). Offre inoltre il pass parcheggio gratuito (solo su prenotazione diretta con la struttura) cosa essenziale poichè la zona è solo tempestata di parcheggi a pagamento. Inoltre offre il Kit cortesia (ciabattine per la camera, shampi e saponette) cosa difficile da trovare in altri alberghi. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile. La colazione è rispettosa degli standard internazionali. La zona di Albaro è tranquilla e la posizione dell'albergo è strategica sia per il mare , per la passaggiata e per il borgo di Boccadesse.

Staff molto cordiale, hotel un po' datato negli interni ma con tanti particolari interessanti e curiosi. parcheggio disponibile nei dintorni. ben collegato al centro con bus diurni e notturni. stanza molto confortevole, straordinario terrazzo privato con tavoli e sedie, colazione abbondante con discreta scelta a buffet. ci torneremo sicuramente!

Assenza di servizi che fanno la differenza come possibilità di avere un caffè in camera o un cappuccino vero a colazione e non con latte in polvere con macchinetta difettosa

Personale gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta, nelle stanze toglierei i quadri sopra i letti e i tendaggi sono un po' troppo impolverati, poco adatto per chi soffre di allergia.

Per una notte non si può dire tanto ma l'impressione è stata positiva ci tornerei.

Bra! Hotellet var ok, frukosten ok. Inte så centralt, men lätt att ta sig in o ut med bil. Glöm ej meddela hotellet att ni behöver parkering, hotels.com hade glömt att meddela oss detta. Men hotellet löste det ändå.

hotel grazioso servito dai mezzi pubblici, quindi abbiamo potuto lasciare la macchina davanti con il pass che ci hanno dato all'arrivo.

Wir waren für 5-tägigen spontanen Ausflug in Genoa am Anfang März. Das Hotelzimmer haben wir kurzfristig vor der Reise gebucht. Erstmals, hat uns die Umgebung sehr gefallen, da es viele Strände und typische italienische Lokale gibt. Trotz viele Möglichkeiten, aktiven Abend zu haben und nette junge Leute kennenzulernen, gibt es nicht viel Lärm wie im Stadtzentrum.
Hotelpersonal hat uns besonderes gut gefallen. Das war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zwar wir nur auf Englisch sprechen konnten, haben wir keine Komminikationsprobleme gehabt.
Also, gern wieder.

La nostra è stato un breve soggiorno in famiglia, visita all'Acquario e il giorno dopo due passi sul lungo mare di Nervi.
E' andato tutto per il meglio, l'albergo confortevole e silenzioso, il personale gentile ci ha suggerito per la sera un ristorante carino, dove abbiamo mangiato bene e ci è stato applicato uno sconto come ospiti della struttura. A due passi dal suggestivo quartiere Bocadasse, una piacevole scoperta!

무료주차때문에 숙박했는데 주차장이 있긴합니다 호텔 정문 앞 두자리... 저는 무료 주차를 했지만 복불복인듯합니다 전체적인 평가도 그냥 soso... 저 가격대라면 추천은 안합니다
