Pros:

We are American travelers who have stayed here at Amadeus once before, 2 years ago.
We value our travel dollars (€uros) and we liked the convenient location.

Cons:

The luggage storage is really just a closet in a public space that's got no foot traffic and no one nearby. But trusting as we are, we slid our bags in and retrieval was just as easy.

sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Restaurant im Haus, leckeres Frühstück, Kaffee aus der Siebträgermaschine, super Lage, bequemes Bett, WLAN vorhanden, Begrüßungsdrink, bewachte Fahrradgarage in der Nähe

Cons:

abgelöste Leisten, teilweise Schimmel im Bad, Bad recht eng, die halbe Nacht haben Bässe aus einer Bar ins Zimmer gedröhnt

Soggiorno perfetto e personale super!
Pros:

Il soggiorno qui è stato perfetto, dalla gentilezza e ospitalità del personale, dalla posizione della struttura nella bellissima piazza principale della città, alla colazione abbondante e varia!
Abbiamo anche cenato e siamo rimasti molto sorpresi, abbiamo mangiato davvero bene. Prezzo super onesto per ciò che la struttura offre e per la posizione meravigliosa in cui si trova. Grazie a tutto il personale, Haarlem ci rimarrà sempre nel cuore

Central to everything
Pros:

We don't often stay in THE center of the city, but this time we did and loved the location. Our room looked out onto the central square, but after closing the window it was very quiet. Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly.

De kamer mag geen hotelkamer genoemd worden. De foto op booking lijkt er niet eens op

De locatie was fantastisch. Midden in het centrum. Personeel erg vriendelijk. Restaurant gedeelte was prima en gezellig

Cons:

Onze kamer op de derde verdieping was beneden alle verwachting. Klein, vies en erg oncomfortabel. De douche was onpraktisch. Vies, er stond schimmel in de bak, vies douche gordijn. Vieze vloerbedekking, het stonk er en de bedden waren doorgezakt.

Vriendelijk personeel, hotel ligt op een top locatie, ondanks de verouderde douche was deze wel heel schoon

Cons:

Dat de douche in de kledingkast zat, deurtjes die niet dicht konden en er hing een douchegordijn tussen douche en toilet wat weinig effect had..
We konden de kamer bereiken om door de opslag te lopen, het was raar dat daar onze kamer lag.
De nooduitgang was versperd en ontzettend gehorig

O ruido do bar até as 23:00 com espetáculos que se ouviam muito alto no quarto. A duche também não é boa.

Locatie heerlijk mijn jeugd,trouwlocatie, shopping centrum, Alles was daar. Ook lekker gegeten bij jullie..

Het personeel van 3 jaar geleden was weg, leuke stoere meiden.
Nu jonge jongens in de bediening.

De locatie was prima, het personeel vriendelijk

Cons:

De kamer was vies, verre van schoon. Het stof dwarrelde door de kamer. Vloerbedekking en gordijnen waren ranzig. Douchen is niet aan te raden.
Het tochtje aan alle kanten. Geluidsoverlast zowel van binnenuit als vanuit buiten.
