Séjour appréciable
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé pour accéder au centre ville. Accueil très sympathique et checkin en avance accepté. Place de parking très appréciable. Équipements corrects, chambre au calme, piscine non fonctionnelle. Bon petit déjeuner.

Belle découverte
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse. Lit confortable. Climatisation. Ascenseur. Personnel agréable et disponible. Petit déjeuner très bien. Grande terrasse.

Cons:

Dommage que l on doit descendre pour boire un café ou autre que ce ne soit pas individualisé dans la chambre.

Poor hygiene with bugs led to a disappointing experience.

We arrived at 11pm after a 5-hour journey from Cefalù, which I communicated in advance so they had plenty of time to prepare the room. We found dead bugs, ants running around the room, every single towel stained with brown and yellow marks and the bed duvet also had visible white/yellow blotches. Unfortunately the app only lets me upload 4 photos I can’t upload videos but I’ve sent it all to booking.com.

Not only did the overall cleanliness of the room not meet the standard advertised, but the staff were also cold and defensive about our concerns. At times it felt as though our claims and evidence were being dismissed rather than taken seriously.

My partner is in the early stages of pregnancy, so hygiene and proper rest were especially important during this trip.

The receptionist who checked us in informed us they would close reception shortly afterwards as it was nearly midnight, so we raised our concerns the following morning. When we did, the attitude was very disappointing. At one stage it was suggested that we may have brought ants into the room ourselves, which we found unreasonable. I have also attached part of the WhatsApp conversation. By that point we had lost confidence in the property overall and chose to move to another hotel nearby for the remainder of our stay in Catania.

We remained calm and respectful throughout, documented everything with photographs and timestamps, and attempted to resolve the matter amicably. Unfortunately, no refund or compensation was offered for the unused nights and we were very shocked by how the situation was ultimately handled.

Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this hotel to travellers who value cleanliness, comfort and a peaceful stay.

Quatre jours à Catane.
Pros:

Emplacement idéal au cœur de Catane, dans la rue Etnea, desservi par la navette aéroport de la ville à 4 euros.
Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Cons:

Les parties communes et les chambres mériteraient un rafraîchissement (peinture, plomberie, décoration,...).

Soggiorno perfetto che ha soddisfatto tutte le mie esigenze.
Pros:

Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta della mia scelta, l'hotel è in una posizione ottima per raggiunger tutti i principali monumenti ed è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici. Si trova in Via Etnea, quasi ad angolo col Viale Regina Margherita, in una zona elegante che io prediligo molto, ed è fornito di ascensore, Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera spaziosa e comoda con un fantastico terrazzino. Lo staff è stato gentile e molto disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta, un grazie particolare a Jessica e Lucrezia. La colazione era ottima e varia.

Cons:

Aggiungerei in camera qualche gancio a parete per appendere le giacche o altro.

Pros:

Osoblje je jako ljubazno i uslužno, hotel je čist i kreveti jako udobni, udobniji nego u nekim hotelima sa 5 zvezdica, jako lepo smo spavali. Soba je bila dosta velika.

Cons:

Čulo se malo buke iz susednih soba, ali ništa strasno.
