Great place, great location; just up the street from the historic centre. I recommend.

Pros:

La pulizia dell'hotel e la cortesia dello staff sono indiscutibili. LA posizione è ottima, in piena via Etnea, a dieci minuti a piedi dalla zona centrale.

Cons:

A causa dello sciopero dei voli, due giorni prima della partenza (circa 44 ore prima del checkin) abbiamo fatto richiesta di annullare una notte del nostro soggiorno, ma la richiesta è stata respinta dicendo che non è pervenuta entro 48 ore come da condizioni di vendita, ma questa clausola non figura da nessuna parte della prenotazione.
Inoltre, la colazione è decisamente scarna e la zona ristorante è al secondo piano della palazzina a fianco dell'immobile principale.

Should have chosen a different hotel
Pros:

the receptionist was very sweet and as helpful as she could be. Buffet breakfast minimal but sufficient.

Cons:

In spite of having time of arrival agreed we weren't allowed into our room until 3pm. Not good when you've been up travelling since 5am.
WiFi in room hopeless most of the time. You had to go down (2 floors in a different building) to
the lobby. Room cold as no heating in hotel. Awful bedding, no duvet, just a horsehair blanket and some sort of old rep curtain bedspread.
Access to room very peculiar, had to exit building at the back, cross a back alley then access 2nd floor in another building.
Noisy concrete corridor, trolleys banging from 6 am as room very close to breakfast room.

Buena relación precio calidad en Catania.
Pros:

Excelente relación precio calidad. Nos atendieron muy bien, hasta nos resolvieron dónde comprar un cochecito nuevo para nuestra bebé. El desayuno muy bien. Volveríamos sin ninguna duda.

Cons:

Tal vez la separación del hotel entre recepción y departamentos. SI llovía había que pasar con paraguas de un lado al otro. Lo que sí tener en cuenta que las recepcionistas cambian bastante seguido por lo que asegurarse de cualquier pedido varias veces.
