La situación, muy cerca del centro. El personal amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo.

Cons:

El desayuno muy escaso, con poca variedad para un hotel, separado de las habitaciones y pequeño tamaño. Al estar situado en la Vía Etnea un poco ruidoso, a pesar del aislamiento de la ventana.

Velmi dobré ubytování v centru, vše blízko a super bazén ve vnitrobloku, velmi oceňuji při horkých dnech. Ochotný personál a nápomocný na všechny otázky. Za nás super a snad příště, děkujeme...

Pros:

Rommet var stort, med stor terrasse
Gratis vann og kaffe.
Frokosten var god, (med egg og bacon), beliggenheten var veldig bra, bassenget og uteområdet var nydelig. De ansatte var veldig hjelpsomme og vennlige.
Vi har hatt et perfekt opphold, over all forventning!

Cons:

Frokosten mangler grove kornprodukter/ musli. Frokostrommet er litt varmt, men vi fikk lov å nyte den på egen terrasse, noe som var helt nydelig

Great location, a warm welcome, a quiet, clean and spacious room, we really enjoyed our stay.

The staff were excellent. Warm, welcoming and well-organised. Communication before and during our stay was very good. The room was surprisingly quiet, which was a bonus

Nothing really. It was a shame that the pool wasn't open during the period of our stay, but that was made clear by the hotel in advance, so not a problem at all.
