Highly recommended!
Pros:

The location was PERFECT and basic amenities were in the room. Staff was super nice in explaining how the rooms are divided and the room was very clean. The breakfast was pretty decent - always fresh and the girl there was very sweet.

Cons:

Lack of coffee machine in the room. The room would also benefit from at least an extra bin. There is only one in the bathroom.

La posizione è la possibilità del parcheggio, anche se a pagamento.

Cons:

L'impossibilità di poter riscaldare la stanza. Non era gelida ma un po' di calore sarebbe stato gradito.

The receptionist gave us a detailed tour around the hotel.

Pros:

Staff. Colazione con pizza e cipolline calde,ottime brioche! Posizione. Camera pulita e grande. Alla reception ti fanno il caffè gratis se lo desideri e c'è il boccione di acqua naturale e frizzante da riempire con la propria bottiglia.

Cons:

Qualche piccolo problema con la tv: un telecomando per il decoder e uno per la TV, devi saper come accendere. L'ultimo giorno che me lo ha sistemato il direttivo in persona (gentilissimo) il film era impostato su lingua inglese! Vabbe' pazienza...

Pros:

Struttura accogliente, posizione ottima per visitare il centro di Catania. Inoltre gode di un parcheggio interno a pagamento, molto comodo. Ottima la colazione, variegata. Organizzati per l entrata e l’uscita dell hotel con i vari codici forniti.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto assolutamente il fatto che ci hanno preservato una camera per disabili. La camera era molto spaziosa, ma scomoda per noi italiani abituati con un water normale e la presenza del bidet. Per il resto tutti positivi
