Ontbijt ,voor gaande verblijven ,zeker 3keer.

Ontvangst.
Bediening diner. Kreeg de indruk wat ik hier kwam doen. Onbeleefd!!!!!!!!

Net hotel op fijne locatie

Lekker gegeten en ontbeten.

Cons:

Het extra bed wat wij moesten huren voor onze dochter van 11 was vreselijk slecht!!!!
Bij elkaar gebonden met tyraps.
Een matje er boven op wat een matras voor moest stellen.
Uiteindelijk heeft ze bij ons in bed geslapen.
Na het te melden kreeg ik; ja ik weet het te horen van de dame achter de balie.

Pros:

Hervorzuheben ist das umfangreiche Frühstücksbuffet mit einer großen Auswahl – hier ist wirklich für jeden etwas dabei. Der Lobby- und Barbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet und lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig und gleichzeitig nicht weit von der Mosel entfernt – perfekt zum Abschalten. Mein Zimmer war schön und bot einen tollen Blick auf die Weinberge. Es gab jedoch einen wesentlichen Nachteil. Siehe unten.

Das Team war freundlich und hilfsbereit beim suchen vom Parkplatz.

Cons:

Leider funktionierte die Klimaanlage in meinem Zimmer nicht. Es war sehr heiß, da gerade eine Hitzewelle vorübergezogen war. Schließlich nahm ich die Bettdecke aus dem Bezug und schlief nur unter dem Bezug. Beim Auschecken äußerte ich meinen Unmut darüber. Es stellte sich heraus, dass die Rezeptionistin bereits von dem Ausfall der Klimaanlage wusste. Auf meine Frage, warum mir kein Zimmer mit funktionierender Klimaanlage zugewiesen worden war, hieß es, in meiner Preiskategorie sei kein solches Zimmer verfügbar gewesen. Man fragt sich, ob nicht ausnahmsweise ein kleines Upgrade möglich gewesen wäre. Die wenig entgegenkommende Mitarbeiterin bot weder eine Entschuldigung noch eine Preisreduzierung an.

Von außen etwas unscheinbar. Aber innen sehr liebevoll gestaltet.
Frühstück im Wintergarten: tolles Ambiente. Gute Lage.

Cons:

Zimmer sind leider nicht klimatisiert. Es war sehr warm während unseres Aufenthaltes.
