Pros:

Personeel was heel vriendelijk. Aankleding was erg mooi. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en werd goed aangevuld.

Cons:

De kussens zijn heel dun/ slap.

Zimmer, Hotel, Checkin waren hervorragend.
Der Service, auch am Abend an der Hotelbar, war sehr gut und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass uns vorher Bescheid gegeben worden wäre, dass am Morgen/Vormittag eine Veranstaltung im Frühstücksraum stattfinden wird. Diese hat uns nämlich kein ruhiges Frühstücken erlaubt, was wir uns sehr gewünscht hätten und worauf wir uns gefreut hatten. So haben wir schnell etwas zu uns genommen und konnten das eigentlich leckere Frühstück nicht so genießen wie erhofft.

Molto belli e curati gli spazi comuni, le stanze un po' sottotono rispetto al resto della struttura.
Ottima colazione.
Il ristorante interno è ottimo.
Fuori dal centro, ma comodo da raggiungere in auto.

Cons:

abbiamo richiesto espressamente una stanza accessibile per una persona in sedia a rotelle. Nonostante ci fosse stato garantita, al momento del check-in abbiamo poi scoperto che la stanza assegnata in realtà non era attrezzata.
Per il nostro amico è stato piuttosto scomodo.
