Pros:

Staff spoke a few words English.

Cons:

Weak electric wiring. Before 9pm my room had a power outage. Nobody of the hotel staff was reachable. There was no light in the room or bath room. Especially the bathroom, without any window, was not usable until sunrise and even then very poor indirect lighting. The staff offered a free breakfast, where I told them that I already paid for it. No refund offered. Also no other compensation offered and my mail wasn’t answered yet - after almost 3 weeks!

Les chaînes tv c+, bein ne fonctionnaient pas., (depuis plusieurs jours)
Je n'ai pas pu voir le match de foot. J'avais réservé votre hôtel pour ça. Un peu décevant.

Agréable.
Pros:

J’aime les équipements dans la chambre, le séchoir, le chauffage pour les toilettes, la télé, les sticks de café, les gobelets, la bouilloire, je trouve que c’est important et ça différencie des autres hôtels

Cons:

Départ à 11h, un peu tôt, et les douches sont assez ancienne
