Perfect
Pros:

It is a very simple but very calm hotel with a big room, big bathroom, hot water. everything was spotless. Close to the city center. Very helpful reception

Struttura vecchia, non vicina al centro
Pros:

Se sei arriva con l'auto a Firenze è comodo per la posizione, ma a piedi non è vicinissimo al centro. La colazione non è soddisfacente, la camera era proprio alle spalle della reception.

Cons:

Bisognerebbe svecchiare la struttura in generale, forse con un poco di ristrutturazione sarebbe più gradevole per gli ospiti. Inoltre, per la colazione si dovrebbe aumentare la scelta del salato.

Il bagno nuovo

Cons:

Mancava sapone e shampoo, colazione ridotta ai minimi termini , no riscaldamento in bagno, asciugami stile casa ed usurati dal tempo ma almeno puliti

Comodo per la possibilità di parcheggio pubblico gratuito e la vicinanza con il centro (15/20 minuti a piedi)

Cons:

Siamo arrivati in anticipo rispetto al check in e l'ingresso era chiuso. Abbiamo dovuto telefonare e ci è stato risposto: "La mattina abbiamo da fare, non possiamo stare in reception". Possiamo almeno lasciare il bagaglio? "No, tenetelo in auto". Siamo ripartiti al mattino, 10 minuti prima delle 8, orario previsto per la colazione (inclusa nel.prezzo) e non è stato possibile avere nemmeno un caffè.

Comunque buono , la posizione era comoda per dove dovevamo andare infatti dopo l’evento in meno di dieci minuti eravamo

In overall was good.
Cons:

As we had to leave early in the morning before breakfast time and we had been already paid for the breakfast I asked the receptionist for the continental breakfast to take it away especially for my little boy however we were told that is not possible so this is disappointed me .
Another issue was the balcony hinge door which was very squeaky and not bearable .
