Staff disponibile e pronto ad aiutarci dato il nostro arrivo in ritardo. Stanza calda e pulita per tutte e due le notti, colazione piccola ma soddisfacente, anche se un po' lontano dal centro, ha le fermate degli autobus vicino e quindi non è più un problema. Torneremo

Cons:

They turn off the heating system at night. You freeze when you go to bed. I reported this to the reception, the person there gave me a very rude answer. He said go wherever you want and complain. There is no elevator. The breakfast was terrible. There is no carpet in the room, you walk on the carpet. The TV did not work. The Wi-Fi was terrible.

Mukava nelipäiväinen keväisessä upeassa Firenzessä.

Aamiainen ihan ok. Sijainti Hyvä bussilla 11 pääsi hyvin ja kävellen Le curen torille ja campo di martelle sekä biazza libertaan sekä keskustaan ja fiesoleen jne. Hieno sääkin suosi ja pikkubussiliikennekin sujui ok.hinta laatu suhde hyvä Firenzessä.

Ei valittamista. Kevätsää on vaihtelevaa mutta meille sattui hyvät säät vierailumme ajalle.

Klidný pobyt, ale s budíčkem
Pros:

Pokoj byl prostorný, čistý. Postel pohodlná. Výhodou byla terasa s posezením, na které nám dělal společnost kocour, který se nám permanentně snažil dostat do pokoje, nebo ukrást něco ze stolu, ale byl milý :-) Okno pokoje bylo do dvora, takže bylo klidné a do pokoje nešel z venku žádný hluk. Krásný výhled na stromy a dvůr. Snídaně byla dostačující - vynikající káva, džus, šunka, sýr, sladké koláče. Do centra města, nebo k obchodu to bylo kousek. Strávili jsme v pokoji jednu noc, takže byl hotel zcela dostačující.

Cons:

Dostali jsme pokoj hned za recepcí, takže nás několikrát za noc vzbudilo zvonění telefonu, které bylo hodně slyšet. Vybavení pokoje bylo už celkem retro, ale bylo použitelné a nezničené. Parkování je možné na ulici před hotelem, nebo v okolních ulicích, kde se sice neplatí, ale my jsme s SUV jezdili asi půl hodiny a hledali místo k zaparkování.

Pros:

Café da manhã era bom, foi o ponto mais forte do hotel. A localização também era, ficava em um ponto com bons restaurantes por perto, tinha a estação de trem bem pertinho e não era barulhento.

Cons:

O pessoal da recepção não era muito receptivo, poderiam ser mais atenciosos. Estávamos em 4 pessoas e nos deram apenas duas toalhas de banho, quando pedi mais, me disseram que poderiam disponibilizar apenas mais uma. A acomodação dizia que minha criança se hospedava gratuitamente, porém o trataram como se não fosse uma pessoa extra, tinha apenas uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro, tivemos que dormir com a criança na mesma cama que nós e não deram a toalha a mais para ele, de que adianta ser gratuito se depois não é levado em conta? A internet não estava disponível no dia da nossa hospedagem. E por último, mas não menos importante, quando estávamos buscando uma acomodação, tínhamos como um dos filtros estacionamento privado, pois pegamos um carro de aluguel para ter maior conforto na nossa viagem e seria interessante não deixá-lo na rua, e essa acomodação dizia ter lugar para estacionar. Porém, chegando lá, descobrimos que o lugar que diziam ter era na vaga que encontrávamos livre na rua mesmo, algo que não estávamos esperando.
