Kleine, sehr saubere und sehr einfach ausgestattete Unterkunft in zentraler Lage in Mailand

Die Unterkunft wird von einer sehr engagierten, älteren Besitzerin geführt, die gut Englisch spricht und mit klaren Hausregeln sowie deutlicher Ansprache für Ordnung sorgt. Das kann im ersten Moment etwas ungewohnt wirken, man merkt aber schnell, dass ihr ein reibungsloser Ablauf und ein respektvoller Umgang sehr wichtig sind.

Insgesamt handelt es sich um ein kleines, sehr sauber geführtes Hotel mit einfacher, funktionaler Ausstattung. Der Stil ist schlicht und eher praktisch gehalten – kein Luxus, aber zweckmäßig und gepflegt.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt von ein bis zwei Nächten ist die Lage in Mailand sehr gut und zentral. Die nahegelegene Bahnlinie ist teilweise hörbar, was je nach Zimmerlage und persönlicher Empfindlichkeit unterschiedlich wahrgenommen werden kann.

Ein wichtiger Hinweis: Das Mitnehmen von Speisen auf die Zimmer ist nicht gestattet.

Cons:

Der Empfang hätte insgesamt etwas herzlicher und einladender sein können. Ein empathischerer Umgang zu Beginn des Aufenthalts hätte dazu beigetragen, dass man sich schneller wirklich willkommen fühlt.
