Für die paar Nächte war es angenehm.
Pros:

Für uns war die Lage ideal, um vieles zu Fuss – zum Beispiel den Keukenhof – oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Das digitale Check-in und der digitale Zimmerschlüssel sind praktisch, aber noch verbesserungswürdig. Das Zimmer war sauber, wurde täglich gereinigt und hatte eine angenehme Grösse. Tresor und Kühlschrank waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Kommunikation per E‑Mail verlief schnell, auch wenn die Links nur über booking.com funktionierten. Praktisch waren die Mietfahrräder direkt vor dem Hotel. Während unseres Aufenthalts Ende März gab es zudem ausreichend Parkplätze.

Cons:

Der kontaktlose Check‑in funktionierte leider nicht reibungslos. An der Rezeption war niemand vor Ort. Das Check‑in‑Terminal konnte den Video‑Call nicht starten und verwies stattdessen auf eine interne Telefonnummer des danebenstehenden Telefons. Unter dieser Nummer wurden wir jedoch wieder zurück zum Terminal verwiesen, wo der Video‑Call weiterhin nicht funktionierte.

Zusätzlich stellten wir fest, dass Links in den E‑Mails – zum Beispiel für den digitalen Schlüssel – nicht funktionierten. Nur die Links in den Nachrichten von booking.com waren nutzbar. Auffällig war auch, dass in Nachrichten von booking.com und Microsoft verschiedene Links entfernt wurden.

Für einen längeren Aufenthalt – wir waren eine Woche dort – wäre ein Kleiderschrank wünschenswert.

C'était parfait
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et propre avec à disposition de l'eau minéral, une bouilloire, du thé, du café.. très grande salle de bain. Le lit bébé était fourni avec oreiller et couette. L'arrivée est simplifié par une clé envoyé par mail ce qui est très pratique surtout quand on ne parle ni néerlandais ni anglais. L'hôtel est très proche du parc, le distributeur de boisson et gâteau est pratique aussi. Le restaurant était top on nous a proposé une carte en français, les plats était bons

Kamers waren schoon.

Cons:

Onpersoonlijk doordat bij aankomst rond 18 uur in weekend geen receptie is. Hotel is voor een snelle overnachting op een doorweg naar een andere locatie prima. Maar heeft geen sfeer. Inchecken was zeer onduidelijk. 8 verschillende mails ontvangen maar onduidelijk hoe je online incheckt.

Vieze kamer. Er is geen personeel. Zelf inchecken (mail met sleutel kon niet worden geopend). Contact alleen met een whatsapp chatbot. Toilet was vies. Contact via whatsapp met automatisch antwoord dat alleen contact mogelijk is tijdens kantoortijden.
