Wou verplaatsen qua datum maar kwam niet verder dan de AI antwoord bot. Uiteindelijk gebeld en een erg gedemotiveerde dame aan de lijn die niet haar best wou doen. Dat het verplaatsen niet kon begreep ik maar de manier waarop is ronduit ongastveij

Er is niemand. Echt niemand. Restaurant was dicht. Inchecken, sleutel, alles is digitaal. Er reden scootertjes en auto’s met harde muziek af en aan. Dat maakte dat ik me hier onprettig voelde

Prima verblijf , goed bed en nette badkamer met Rituals spulletjes zoals handzeep en douche gel

Voor het hotel parkeren , aankomst wanneer het jouw uitkomt , koffie en thee met waterkoker

Service is minder….. geen pakje/water meer op de kamer of blikje in de koelkast en te kleine kopjes ( espresso kopjes ) voor de thee

Ondefinieerbare vlek op het stoeltje …..brrrr …..heb er handdoek op gelegd

Es wird in der Beschreibung angegeben, dass es einen geschlossenen Fahrradabstellplatz gibt. Dort angekommen, gab es keinen Hinweis darauf. Auf telefonische Rückfrage teilte man mir trocken mit, den hätte man "außer Betrieb gesetzt", und wir mögen doch unsere Fahrräder im Hof abschließen.
Genauso bekam ich mehrfach eine Mail, die mich aufforderte, einen Platz im zugehörigen Restaurant zu reservieren. Das wurde aber gerade renoviert...

Comodo per chi viaggia con l'auto. Wi-fi scarso. Non aspettatevi di vedere anima viva in reception!
Pros:

Ottimo hotel per muoversi nei dintorni di Harleem e per andare ad Amsterdam (20/25 minuti in auto). L'hotel non ha alcun personale. Tutto automatizzato. Tuttavia la camera è pulito, il bagno ampio, le dotazioni sono di prim'ordine e tutto funziona alla perfezione. Letti comodi, frigo ampio. il parcheggio ampio e gratuito è il suo punto forte.

Cons:

Due problemi. Il primo è la totale mancanza di personale. Il secondo, piu' evidente, è che il Wi-fi è davvero debole..... per chi deve lavorare puo' essere un problema!

Pros:

Prima locatie als je de kuststreek tussen Leiden, Noordwijk en Zandvoort (en natuurlijk Keukenhof) wilt bezoeken. De kamer is prima als het enkel om slapen/douchen gaat: voldoende ingericht met koffie/thee, kluisje en koelkastje, schoon en prima bedden. Ontbijten, lunchen en vertier elders.
Personeelloos concept, contactloos inchecken.

Cons:

De digitale stappen en contactloos inchecken met resp internet en mobiel vergt enig “digitale handigheid”.
