Thoroughly enjoyed our stay
Pros:

The hotel is in a very good location and transport to the slopes or a ski bus stop was provided by the hotel.
All the staff were very helpful and good at their jobs. Breakfasts were excellent

Cons:

We stayed for 6 nights and felt that we could have been offered more than just one free hour in the spa area.

Pros:

The whole stay was so wonderful and the staff were incredible - one of the best places we have stayed and will def be recommending it to anyone who wants to travel to the Dolomites!

Cons:

Would be good if access to the spa facilities was free throughout the stay for guests but otherwise we loved everything

Will definitely go back for a third visit

Central and the staff were excellent

Cons:

The refusal of the hotel to take us to the ski slopes.Arguing there was traffic, there was none.

Great quality option! Amazing service!
Pros:

The staff. Great service. Matteo was superb!
Nice room! Every detail is very good, even the spa. We we’re alone and the breakfast very good!

Cons:

A little bit expensive, but the area is expensive itself. The parking was not included and a little far from the hotel, when you carry bags is not as confortable as evrything else in the hotel!
