We were fully satisfied with our choice
Pros:

You can‘t expect more from a hotel in that category, all was fine, clean, apparently newly renovated. We used it as a stop over and for that it was perfectly located. But the ultimately highlight was the lady Chiara at the reception. She was extremely friendly and helpful in all aspects even when we arrived late in the night. Such a behaviour makes half of the stay. Breakfast was typical for Italy and in this respect also perfect. Parking on private area is also quite helpful in terms of security at least when you get a spot in front of the reception.

Cons:

One small suggestion, if people like to lock their bikes overnight, I wouldn’t charge 5€ per bike. This should be service. Rest all fine.

Schöne saubere Zimmer und genügend kostenfreie Parkplätze.
Das Frühstück war gut, aber eindeutig an den hauptsächlich italienischen Gästen orientiert.
Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, was aber nicht ins Gewicht fällt, wenn man mit dem Auto da ist.
