Pros:

The room was very clean, spacious and bed was quite comfortable.

Cons:

The shower was very tiny, with no hooks or caddies for soaps or shampoo bottles etc.

I have received good service from some of the staffs and I was very disappointed from others.
Pros:

I have found good service from some of the staffs, but on the other hand some of the staffs were very bad.

Cons:

The cleaning, they haven't changed the towels, the bed sheets and some of the staffs were not able to prepare properly cappuccino.
