Great location at a good price
Pros:

It is in a good location. Parking available on site and shuttles running most of the day for skiing. Swimming pool and spa facilities are nice.

Cons:

The room was large and clean, however the sound proofing of the rooms could simply be improved with airtight doors as the corridor noise was quite loud with other guests.

Breakfast could benefit from more variety.

Hotel okay, but don't travel to Bansko during half term!
Pros:

Hotel itself was okay, bar nice, bar staff good! Room was a good size!

Cons:

Breakfast terrible, i could only eat toast all week! Reception girl never smiled, always on her phone, never knew the answers to any questions! No boot room to store skis unless rented from there!

Great experience overall.
Pros:

Location was great, hotel looks way better in real life then on photos. Great rooms - staff was nice - overall really great experience. The breakfast was nice! beds were comfy and pool/sauna massage facilities all good.

Cons:

The breakfast did not offer any non pork meat and Sauna was not hot enough. these two things dissapointed me.

Great hotel
Pros:

Great hotel, less than 10 minutes walk to the Gondola but also has a shuttle bus running every 15 mins. Good spa area. Nice and clean. We had lovely mountain views from 4th floor.

Cons:

Just be careful of slippery floor in spa area although they did clear it often. Lights in bedroom could have been a bit brighter but this was a minor thing for us.

Pros:

Ωραίο ξενοδοχείο σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, άνετο καθαρό πάρα πολύ καλό πρωινό.
Το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό.
Τα δωμάτια ήταν ζεστά με θαλπωρή.

Cons:

Το μόνο που θα πρέπει να προσέξουν είναι τα αγγλικά του προσωπικού. Παρόλο πολύ εξυπηρετικοί όλοι τους υπήρχε έλλειψη να καταλάβουν αγγλικά.
