Só não gostei do outro cheiro do outro banheiro que vinha pr nosso banheiro, cheiro de cigarro forte no banheiro, quando chegamos não estava esse cheiro, o quarto estava muito cheiroso e bem arrumado e tão confortável. Saímos e quando voltamos tava com cheiro forte de cigarro no banheiro. Acredito que algum hóspede do outro banheiro do lado, estava fazendo uso e o filtro deve ter passado pra lá o cheiro. Mas fora isso passou depois o cheiro
Tudo ótimo. Amei.

I booked with this Hotel and had a very disappointing experience. That night, we arrived at the hotel very late. I was feeling unwell with a fever and was extremely tired, so I was hoping we could check in quickly and rest as soon as possible.
However, after we arrived, one staff member asked us to complete the check-in and payment process, but shortly afterward another person, who seemed to be the manager, told us that our rooms had serious water leakage problems and were unavailable. They wanted to transfer us to another hotel instead.
We had booked three rooms, so I found it very strange that all three rooms supposedly had the same leakage issue. My husband asked if we could at least see the rooms ourselves, but they refused. They insisted on moving us to a different hotel.
The people traveling with us checked the alternative hotel and felt it was in a much worse location and of lower quality, so they refused. The hotel staff then tried to move us to yet another hotel. By that time it was already very late at night, and because I was sick and exhausted, we had little choice but to accept.
Unfortunately, the replacement hotel also had a poor location and worse conditions. Because of the language barrier and being unfamiliar with the area, we had no option but to stay there.
Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with this booking experience and with the service provided by this hotel.

Hotel decadente, torneira da pia molha tudo e todos, vaso sanitário sem tampa...falta de higiene, área com aspecto horrivel, suja, e perigosa.
