Não pude me hospedar.

Cons:

Em uma hospedagem cujo checkin era a partir das 12h, recebi uma mensagem 17:20 pedindo desculpas por cancelarem e oferecendo transporte gratuito deste hotel para outro, onde me receberiam. Mas essa proposta não me atenderia por ser muito longe do meu compromisso. Eu já estava chegando no hotel e tive que me virar pra procurar outro no mesmo dia a essa hora.

Excelente atendimento. Funcionários muito atenciosos e observadores. Buscando sempre atender às necessidades dos hóspedes. Roupa de cama e toalhas bem limpas, quarto organizado, tudo no quarto funcionando bem. Colaboradores muito atenciosos no café da manhã (que é excelente), bem completo e com boa reposição. Várias partes do hotel recém reformadas. Por haver disponibilidade foi liberado em check-in antecipado de cortesia, mostrando atenção extra com os hóspedes e muito boa vontade por parte do hotel.
