“Great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. Location was perfect and everything went smoothly. Extra water bottles in the lobby and the snack treat were a nice touch. Would definitely recommend!”
However, the breakfast room could be improved. It was difficult to communicate at the omelette station, as the staff didn’t understand basic English. One of the staff members was loudly spitting in her mouth while speaking, which was quite uncomfortable and embarrassing.
I booked a non smoking room, even paid extra. Then they bring a smoking person to the room opposite mine, what was the point of saying it's a non smoking room? I could hardly sleep because of the smoke. I complained to the hotel staff ,I even wrote an email to their booking.com email, no action was taken. Their customer service needs to improve as well. If your hotel serves foreigners, the least you can do is get an English speaking staff member, or acquire language translating gadgets.
I did not enjoy my stay.
