Very good location, good for short and long stay.
Pros:

The location of the hotel, the breakfast was on top ! Friendly staff. 5-7 minutes walk to the Old City. Store near the hotel.

Cons:

The bathroom’s shower douche holder needs to be replaced. And for 4star Hotel, I think, would be good to have normal bathroom amenities. And, please, wash the bath towels with, at least, some aroma liquids(the bleach/javel smell was not nice) . But I am satisfied with my stay!

Pros:

Hôtel bien placé et agréable

Cons:

Pas au top sur le ménage et les lits sont petits , il il faisait beaucoup trop chaud , obligé de mettre la Clim peu efficace alors que dehors il fait froid un non sens

Príjemné na oddych aj prácu
Pros:

Príjemný hneď prvý dojem na recepcii, pokoj a pohoda v izbe, aj pri raňajkách, kde si vyberie naozaj každý. Ja som vďačná, že som objavila tento hotel a rada sa vrátim.

Would you have your mother stay here?
Pros:

The breakfast is amazing. So many items to choose from and the variety was so wide that I didn't know what many were. It was a great opportunity to explore other cultures through food..

Cons:

The hotel faces a very busy and noisy road. The staff could have explained that the easiest access to old town is to the right. That direction appears very busy and potentially dangerous for pedestrians but is actually easy by using the underground passageways to svoid the traffic. But that kind of help was not offered.. My single room was cramped and a bit noisy but I was most offended by the disgustingly dirty window. It's condition was quite evident as the daylight struggled to pass through. The shortcomings of the hotel could be easily corrected by viewing the facility as the customer would. Maybe have their mother stay in my room for three nights. She would tell them what to fix.

All in all, a great hotel to stay!
Pros:

The hotel and our room was very clean. They upgraded us on arrival with two rooms with balcony, free of charge, which was great for me. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty with variety in everything.

Cons:

The only thing that would have made our stay perfect, would be the choise for a shorter pillow because they were taller than what we like.

Love Bratislava. Taxis are ab absolute scam
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nice bar in the hotel that was fairly quiet which was a nice place to have a drink at the end of the day. Breakfast very tasty and plenty of hot and cold options available. Sets you up for the day. Supermarket right across the road from the hotel so great for anything you may need for the room. Presidential Palace right next to the hotel which is a bonus and the main square situated in the old town is about 5 minute walk from the hotel. Would certainly recommend and return to this hotel.

Cons:

Loved everything about the hotel. Would warn people about taxis in Bratislava. They seem to be scam artists and will rob you blind for a 5 minute journey. Have been to Brarislava 3 times now and taxi scam fares seem to be getting worse not better. Get the bus from the airport to the city centre unless you wanna be charged a fortune. Bratislava is small enough to walk around and explore so I would avoid taxis like the plague. Absolutely scandalous the way they treat tourists. They obviously charge locals one price and tourists another. Bratislava castle is less than 10 minute walk from the old square so again avoid avoid avoid getting a taxi.
