Pros:

A great stay at Roxford Lodge Hotel — perfect if you want comfort and location combined. Set in a quiet, elegant area, it’s just a short walk to both Aviva Stadium (around 8–10 minutes) and 3Arena (roughly 20 minutes on foot), making it ideal for concerts or matches.

The rooms are cosy and well-kept, and the whole place has a nice boutique feel. If you’re visiting Dublin for events, you really can’t beat this location — everything is within easy walking distance.

Pros:

Location was great- 5 min from train. Loved the deep bath tub and tiled shower. We had sliding glass doors onto a cute courtyard- that was super nice. Staff was super friendly. My mother had the breakfast one morning and said it was a great value. Very clean- overall very happy

Cons:

The only thing that could have been better is that we asked for 3 twin beds… and only one was a normal
Sized twin. The other two were a teeny twin size… very narrow and shorter. It wasn’t said that they wouldn’t all be the same size standard twin.
My 18 year old son fell off the bed once. They really are for children- not grown adults- I’m 49, was comfy, but when I had to roll over I woke up, as I would fall off if I wasn’t careful.

Very safe and peaceful neighborhood, just room was not appealing.
Pros:

The staff were very kind.

Cons:

My room was extremely small!! I was very surprised there was such limited space, which resulted in me not wanting to spend anytime in room. Also, the breakfast was so limited there was no point in purchasing.

Comfort and Convenience in Ballsbridge
Pros:

A lovely place. Looked and felt very fresh and new as if recently redecorated. A beautiful old building in Ballsbridge.Spotless. Comfortable. Great location. Enjoyable stay. Excellent on site parking, a real bonus in Dublin.

Cons:

Room was just a little cold when we arrived back at night. But we should have looked at the heating controls before we left as it was easily solved just took some time to heat. If we had set it before going out all would have been fine.

Very happy, not too much they can do to improve. On the costly side but that’s how Ireland is these days.
Pros:

Really cool spot for a night away. Nice interiors and in a cool location. Bit far out from some things in town but you kinda know that when booking. Staff were nice.

Parking tricky with how some customers parked but that’s out of the hotels hands.
