Hotel ottimo in buona posizione in zona tranquilla e staff eccellente: di aiuto e gentile sempre
Pros:

Vorrei esprimere la mia più sincera gratitudine a tutto lo staff, in particolare a Rosalia, Ariel e al signore che era in servizio durante la notte, al quale chiedo sinceramente scusa perché purtroppo in questo momento non ricordo il nome.
Ci siamo trovati ad affrontare un imprevisto tanto inaspettato quanto delicato, e il supporto, la disponibilità e l'umanità che abbiamo ricevuto da parte dello staff sono stati davvero eccezionali. In momenti difficili si capisce il valore delle persone, e loro hanno fatto molto più di quanto ci si potrebbe aspettare.
L'hotel è molto bello seccondo me, specialmente le camere che si affacciano sul cortile interno, è situato in una zona tranquilla vicino ad un Lidl e ad un Aldi.
Ho trovato comoda anche la posizione dell'hotel a circa 600 metri dalla fermata Maciachini della linea gialla (M3), raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata di 7-8 minuti. Da lì è possibile arrivare direttamente sia alla Stazione Centrale sia al Duomo senza dover cambiare metropolitana. Inoltre, la stazione ferroviaria di Lancetti è a soli 5 minuti a piedi, un grande vantaggio per spostarsi facilmente in altre zone di Milano.
Per chi si reca a Milano per assistere ai concerti all'Alcatraz o al Gate è comodissimo. Pur essendo una struttura di dimensioni contenute, è curata, abbastanza pulita, e dotata di tutto ciò che ci si aspetta da un buon hotel. Anche la colazione ci ha piacevolmente sorpresi: varia e di qualità, quasi all'altezza di strutture ben più grandi e appartenenti a catene internazionali.
Ma ciò che renderà questo soggiorno davvero indimenticabile per noi non sarà soltanto la qualità dell'hotel, bensì la gentilezza, la professionalità e il cuore delle persone che vi lavorano.
Ancora un enorme grazie a Rosalia, Ariel e al gentile signore della notte, da parte mia e di mia figlia. Non dimenticheremo mai l'aiuto che ci avete dato. Per i prossimi concerti torneremo sicuramente qui.

Cons:

Nella camera 104 (quella preferita da Minù) la piletta del bidè non funzionava, però quella cameretta ci ha salvato

Idéal pour un court séjour à visiter Milan.
Pros:

Hôtel de taille modeste au rapport qualité/prix excellent pour Milan. Situé proche d'une bouche de métro qui dessert la cathédrale et la gare centrale sans changement. Petit déjeuner copieux

Pas énormément de choix pour le petit déjeuner mais pour le prix ça reste tout à fait correct.

Es war warm, der Kühlschrank konnte nicht gut kühlen. Ne en an eine stinkende Müllpresse. Für das Geld unglaublich schlecht.
