La prima colazione e la gentilezza della cameriera al servizio colazione

Cons:

Calcare sulla rubinetteria in bagno; assenza di telecomando per aria condizionata. Vicini di stanza (ma l'hotel non ha alcuna responsabilità al riguardo) particolarmente rumorosi, hanno disturbato il mio sonno di notte.

Recepce nonstop, příjemný personál, pohodlná postel, dobrá lokalita, blízko bus, tram.

Cons:

Výtah pro tři osoby, kde se vleze pouze jedna, šíleně chabá snídaně, pouze tousty, croisanty a mazací sýry a nějaké sušenky. Žádná zelenina, šunka, sýr, natož míchaná vejce. Hodně smutné.

Gentilezza e simpatia del personale, in particolare il portiere, ottima pulizia generale, ampiezza della stanza con un arredamento semplice, ma c'era tutto il necessario. Sono stato felicissimo della scelta su booking perché avevo fatto un giro a piedi intorno alla stazione centrale ed allo stesso prezzo c'era solo qualche pensione di bassa qualità mentre questo è un nero e proprio hotel 3 stelle

Gute Lage, sicheres Gefühl, geeignet wenn man nur ein Ort zum Schlafen braucht.
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, ÖV-Anbindungen nicht weit entfernt (mind. 4min bis max 10min Gehweg, kommt drauf an welche Tramlinie ihr verfolgt), entsprechend Duomo in weniger als 30min mit ÖV erreichbar.
Das Zimmer scheint sauber, keine grossen Mängel entdeckt. Zimmer eher kalt in der Nacht, Heizung muss man selbst einschalten (haben es in der ersten Nacht nicht gewusst).
Eingang des Hotels leicht auffindbar, gut gekennzeichnet ! Umgebung eher ruhig, eine obdachlose Person war vor dem Hotel - aber hat uns nicht belästigt. Ansonsten keine sketchiness, wir fühlten uns sicher.

Cons:

Komfort: für uns nicht allzuschlimm, doch ggf. für Leute mit Rückensz o.Ä. : die Bettmatratze ist recht hart, hatten Morgens Muskelverspannungen am Nacken.
Bett: zwei Einzelbetten, doch die verschieben sich zu leicht. Antirutsch-Teppiche unter den Bettständern wäre sinnvoll.
Lärm: in der Nacht gabs ein Geräusch, tönte wie eine Eule (sind uns nicht sicher) die durchgehend hörbar war. Ider evtl Abfluss? Für Personen mit leichtem Schlaf wahrscheinlich störend.
Bad: nichts gross zu bemängeln, nur dass das Fenster zu weit oben ist. Schwer für kleinere Personen zu erreichen, um zu lüften.
