Convenient checkin. Great staff. They helped get our laundry washed and also helped secure a good taxi rate for 1 day of touring. The place is exactly as advertised; a private A/C room in a beautiful home, which has been converted into a hotel with shared public space.
Close to old Delhi, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Very busy and loud.
Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable.
We had to check out early, didn’t try the breakfast.
Nice hotel but as 3 males we asked for 3 single beds but were given 1 double and 1single ..which was disappointing after a long journey
We were told hotel was closed due to the virus but still asked to pay an were then ushered to another hotel. We had stayed here already on the beginning of our trip. Its in a run down area with not much to see. But was ok for a short stay
Nice room, good air con, good location, free airport pick up, friendly staff and amazing chef
Hotal dies nit have restaurant
Very helpful and professional staff. Good airport taxi service provided. Comfortable rooms.
We had stayed 2 nights all ready before leaving to Varanasi and returning for another night at Bajaj Indian Home Stay. When we arrived, they were so welcoming and glad to see us again. Really made it nice to return to familiar faces.
Good location for access to old Delhi or new Dehli via metro. Room was clean and comfortable. In October we used the fan and occasionally AC. Reliable airport pick up and drop off service. We stayed in a rooftop room and had some street noise in the night, but imagine you have that most places in Dehli. Staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the chef's dishes for dinner in the evenings. Food was varied, good and cheap. Would definitely recommended.
This should never be listed as a three star. 1 at best. No wifi either
Amazingly helpful staff. Will lend you local currency to pay off staff and buy stuff for you that you forgot to bring with you etc. etc. Freshly prepared food. Internet provider to hotel a bit spotty. Cellular telephone connectivity is poor (not a hotel problem though - can use free land line for local connections) - need to step out of hotel to get cellular.
The hotel's actual furniture and building was beautiful on the inside. They have a great kitchen for dinners which we loved but our daughter and son ended up with food poisoning the last day....We didn't eat out so we know it was from the kitchen. You have to remind them sometimes to turn on the AC unit from the downstairs, and the TV channels were hit and miss. It would be a step up from a budget hotel in decor...But the staff were a little hard to track down. It is nice enough. But I would look for a better one in the future.
Very friendly and helpful team. Great airport pick-up. Very tasty food.
The street noise at night can be quite loud but I'm sure this would be the case with any standard-level hotel situated close to the street.
I stayed here on two separate occasions in February. It can be difficult to find a nice, but inexpensive, place to stay in capital city centres but this was great for me in every way. Highly recommended
It's all been said, but this is a really good budget hotel and I would stay there again - anytime
Very kind staff. Home cooked meals. Good breakfast.
Very welcoming, good location felt very safe walking around.Nice area on the balcony to sit and relax.Very friendly attentive staff and lovely clean rooms.
We arrived in Delhi at 8pm at night a couple of weeks after demonetisation and found that the airport had no cash available at any of the foreign exchange desks or ATMs. We managed to prepay a taxi to the Bajaj homestay on our credit card. Upon arrival the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. They got us into a really comfortable quiet room and arranged to get some cash and our transfers for the next day. In the morning they opened breakfast early to ensure we left well fed. Reassuring and overwhelmingly helpful in a quiet retreat in the middle of Delhi.
Check-in and check-out: Swift and hassle free.
Interior decoration: Decent, tasteful.
Room: comfortable, specious.
Cleanliness: Very good.
Staff: Friendly.
This hotel is very overpriced! Good service, but it is about it. Simple room wasn't upgraded for a long time, very old beddings and towels. Internet wasn't working forts day. The price for this room and location should be not more then $20. Will not stay again.
We loved the place and would surely stay again if we return to New Delhi.
