Pros:

Es war sehr sauber, das Personal sehr, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nach einer langen Reise könnten wir früher in unsere Zimmer, was eine Wohltat für uns war. Alles ist sehr ruhig, so dass man in der Nacht gut schlafen kann, ohne störende oder lärmende Außengeräusche. Das Panorama wunderschön, die Anlage sehr schön mit vielen Blumen und Pflanzen gestaltet und sauber gehalten. Sehr zur empfehlen.

Pros:

De kamer was perfect. Het zwembad was voor hotelgasten op bepaalde tijden te gebruiken. De bediening in het restaurant en de mensen aan de receptie waren erg vriendelijk.

Hôtel de qualité déconseillé aux PMR
Pros:

Hôtel de qualité avec des équipements modernes. La chambre était grande, la belle salle de bains spacieuse. La perspective depuis le balcon donnant sur la campagne calabraise et le petit village haut perché de Picerno était pittoresque. Les pâtisseries du petit déjeuner sont délicieuses .

Cons:

Nous aurions aimé plus de choix au petit déjeuner. L’accessibilité aux différents niveaux de l’hôtel n’est pas top avec des rampes très raides et en dévers. Déconseillée pour des personnes à mobilité réduite. Les couloirs donnant accès aux chambres sont un vrai labyrinthe et c’est très compliqué de retrouver son chemin dans les méandres de l’établissement. L’hôtel est équipé pour accueillir des événements festifs.

Pros:

Tutto perfetto, la camera era pulita e completa di tutti i comfort. Il bagno era molto grande e la doccia molto comoda e larga. Il personale della reception gentile, cordiale e molto professionale ha risposto positivamente a tutte le nostre richieste. Il ristorante è il fiore all'occhiello di questa struttura, com prezzi onestissimi e tutto veramente squisito. Dalla colazione alla cena lo raccomandiamo vivamente.

Cons:

Se proprio dobbiamo trovare una pecca, La spa era chiusa il pomeriggio durante il quale dovevamo usufruire e ci siamo dovuti "accontentare" di una parte della piscina quella con idromassaggio perché la piscina grande era ad uso esterno per dei corsi di nuovo.
