La struttura non è male, ma potrebbe offrire uno standard più alto.
Stanze disposte a distanza dalla hall (molto sacrificata rispetto alla grandezza della struttura).
Pecca un pò nei dettagli estrema semplicità delle camere, che comunque si presentano pulite e ordinate.

Colazione piuttosto banale per un hotel che vuole proporsi di lusso . Spa non compresa

Tutto perfetto, dal comfort alla pulizia.

We traveled through Europe for two to three months every year. So, we have made it a habit to choose different hotels to have different experiences.we choose our hotels by our own feelings. This place looked beautiful from the outside and a beautiful interior presentation. To sadly find out that the hotel customer service did not match its beauty.
Front desk reception was difficult and challenging with very unhappy faces.
Breakfast staff was unfriendly and could not get a welcome smile from them. Dinner staff was just as unfriendly. I might say to be fair the housekeepers were very nice and helpful.probably to fair the staff is overworked at the same time if they want to be in the hospitality business they want to trained the staff to be friendly.

Una struttura alberghiera davvero bene attrezzata, le camere grandissime e comode, il personale gentilissimo e disponibile e si mangia molto bene.
Perfetta per le famiglie e per chi ha cani. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Letizia on reception was excellent as was Salvatore in the restaurant both delivering an outstanding customer experience, the hotel though sprawling is excellent lots of lifts and a few stairs to navigate but outstanding

El hotel es un laberinto para llegar a cada cuarto.

El personal no te explica, no habla ingles.

Los cuartos muy diferentes a los de la foto.

Decepcionado para un hotel que tenia grandes expectativas.

This is a modern and serine location set against the backdrop of a beautiful hilltop village. The rooms are very comfortable. The restaurant is excellent. If you want spa services you should make sure to book well in advance.

Über das Zimmerupgrade haben wir uns wahnsinnig gefreut.
Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker und sehr freundlicher Service.
Lediglich der Wellness Bereich hätte für uns mehr Wellness haben können. Es ist eher eine Schwimmhalle.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Recommended. Lovely hotel - beautiful view to local hilltop village. Nice high end restaurant. Great 25m swimming pool - is shared with child lessons - we asked nicely and got our own lane most of the time. Area has lots of proper old Italy to explore and discover.

Great property and very courteous and helpful staff. The Maior restaurant had the best food. We have been in Italy for 10 Days and had our best pasta dish here. Great selection for breakfast. The location is outstanding with a view of the City center of Picerno. Wish we could have stayed there for a couple more days! Definitely will be revisiting this resort in the future.

Adoramos a estadia, nosso quarto era grande confortável e novo, tambem estava muito limpo. O restaurante merece um elogio, pois a comida estava muito boa e experimentem a sobremesa cheese cake, simplesmente a melhor que ja comi. Ficaria de novo nesse hotel.

Abbiamo alloggiato in una camera superior pagata a listino e abbiamo potuto apprezzare la pulizia impeccabile e la spaziosità. Tranne un problemino tecnico che può capitare a tutti la cosa che più mi ha sconcertato è che è da 20 anni che non vedevo una tenda doccia come accrocco ad una porta doccia che manca. Quando l'ho fatto presente in reception si sono giustificati che un cliente aveva avuto un incidente ed aveva fracassato la porta ed attendevano il pezzo. Ok ma me lo dici prima oppure mi dai un altra stanza (ce n'erano a disposizione) o non me la vendi per superior. un secondo cestino in più per i rifiuti oltre a quello per gli assorbenti nel bagno non avrebbe guastato

Accoglienza del personale, ottima cucina e piscina fantastica. Bellissima struttura con camere pulite e vista montagne.

Struttura molto elegante camere silenziose personale cortese e professionale, per chi è in zona da provare.

Stayed here for one night. Impression on hotels.com is good. However the block we stayed in stank of rotting food. Complete mase of halls, lifts, stairs and gangways. No vibe, no admosfere. Room funny glass wall between bed and toilet/bathroom. Why would you want to see others on the toilet? Internet to slow to connect. If you go down from this block, eventrooms where more then half was left as is from the last party. This pace has open door without security. Bed good, breakfast good!
