Peaceful stay with enjoyable services and very kind employees to make you wish for speedy return.

Heerlijk comfortabel hotel op ideale plek!
Pros:

Comfortabele kamer, vriendelijk personeel, heerlijke welness en ideale locatie voor leuke uitjes. Fijn verblijf gehad!

Gutes Hotel aber leider zu teuer
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage.
Das Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet. Alles war sauber.

Cons:

Das angeblich "sehr gute Frühstück" ist nur ein einfaches Continental Breakfast.
Das Bett war schon ziemlich durchgelegen, wodurch es in der Mitte eine Kühle hatte und unbequem war.
Der Preis ist ist viel zu teuer.

Ontbijt was goed wat ik er van gezien heb. Dochter van 7 was ziek geworden, kreeg wel heel lief een dienblad en mocht ontbijt meenemen naar de kamer

heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt.

Cons:

Ontbijt tot 10.00 uur, dat is wat vroeg. Ik wil ervoor graag sporten maar ook niet vroeg mn bed uit moeten.
Het uitzicht is mooi als je industrieel ingesteld bent. De tegenstelling natuurgebied tegenover grote olie / chemie installaties vol in het zicht is wel groot. Ik was er niet voor het uitzicht, dus het is enkel een opmerking.

Shockingly rude, invasive, and unwelcoming

I have just checked out and feel compelled to warn others.

The front desk staff were astonishingly rude and unprofessional. Upon checkout, I was confronted and asked to leave after objecting to being charged for a second person for the night—something that was never mentioned at booking, check-in, or at any point during our stay. The explanation? They claimed to have “camera proof.”

I found this deeply disturbing. Being told that I was monitored via cameras to justify an extra charge—without any prior disclosure or clarity around pricing—felt invasive and violating. This is not how guests should be treated, especially when no rules or costs were communicated upfront.

The poor attitude didn’t stop there. The bar staff on the morning of the 24th were equally rude. We stayed in rooms 141 and 33, and at no point did anyone attempt to show basic hospitality. In one particularly absurd moment, we were not allowed to bring items to our room unless we first paid for two coffees, with the explanation that “they could not take the risk if everyone did this.” An unbelievable stance for a hotel that claims to offer service.

To make matters worse, this property overlooks a massive chemical plant—yes, literally an industrial chemical facility dominating the view. This is not disclosed and is the opposite of what one would expect when booking a supposedly charming or relaxing stay.

Between the hostile staff, surveillance-based accusations, nickel-and-diming, and the grim industrial surroundings, this was an extremely unpleasant experience.

I do not recommend this place under any circumstances. Save yourself the money—and the frustration—and stay elsewhere.

Mooi hotel met uitstekende nieuwe kamers. Fijne badkamer en alles brandschoon. Het ontbijt is ook prima verzorgd en ruim voldoende. Grote parkeerplaats met meer dan voldoende plek.
