Molto bello
Pros:

Ottima struttura,pulita accogliente e personale gentilissimo un grazie particolare a Valentina,dolcissima.Letti comodi e stanze grandi arredate benissimo.,anche le aree comuni di gran gusto e bella la piscina e i lettini. Ottimo il cibo al ristorante.Se posso dare un suggerimento sarebbe perfetto una riorganizzazione degli spazi nelle camere con un piccolo armadio e appendini in bagno per gli asciugamani e i costumi bagnati.

Schöner Pool, aber nicht für Wanderer und Familien geeignet.
Pros:

Besonders gefallen hat mir die Architektur und der Pool/ Aussenbereich. Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse ganz gut

Cons:

Der Aufzug war defekt. Die Terrassentür hat nicht richtig geschlossen. Der Pool ist gegen Gebühr öffentlich zugänglich und daher recht gut besucht. Außerdem wird der Poolbereich für private Feiern/ Partys vermietet. Dann dreht der DJ die Musik richtig laut auf, so dass man nicht schlafen kann. Das war sehr nervig, weil wir am nächsten Tag früh morgens eine Ätna-Tour geplant hatten. Unsere Beschwerden bei der Rezeption liefen ins Leere mit dem Hinweis: „das sei die Politik des Hauses“.

Stilvolles Hotel am Fuße des Etna mit einer sehr schönen Aussicht auf die Küste.

Cons:

Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war zu schwach für den zwar schönen, aber letztlich wenig brauchbaren Rainshower Duschkopf. Für die Handbrause hat der Druck aber gereicht. Ein weiteres Minus gibt es für die zu schwache Klimaanlage, die auch nur funktioniert, wenn die Schlüsselkarte eingesteckt ist.

Overall, our stay wasn't as relaxing as we had expected.
Pros:

The staff were very kind, and the hotel has a lot of potential. The room looked decent at first, but although we were told it had been renovated, the walls were dirty and the room itself lacked charm. There was also no real benefit to having a pool view or a balcony, and despite keeping the sunshades closed, the room still became quite hot.

The breakfast was good, but it was exactly the same every day. It included boiled eggs, croissants, very little fresh fruit (which hardly anyone seemed to eat), and no vegetables at all. On the positive side, the coffee was excellent.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, but when we asked about visiting Mount Etna, we were directed to a tour on the opposite side of the volcano, about 1.5 hours away. They didn't mention that there is a cable car and quad tours available only about 20 minutes away from the hotel, which would have been much more convenient for us.

Cons:

Our main issue was that the pool is open to the public all day, which we only found out after booking (it seems to be mentioned only on the hotel's website). It was often crowded with locals and children, so it wasn't the relaxing atmosphere we expected. Swimming caps are also mandatory.

The hotel regularly hosts local events. During our stay there were parties that lasted until around 1 a.m., making it difficult to relax.

The property tries to present itself as a luxury hotel i guess, but it feels more like a popular local venue. There's nothing wrong with that, but if you're looking for a peaceful holiday, this may not be the right choice.

We also experienced a power outage one evening, a water outage one morning, and the air conditioning in the room was very loud, fridge was not working properly. Asked for fixing the TV remote but it never happaned.

Only a brief visit - but a great location and excellent hotel & restaurant
Pros:

Stunning location, and a great find. We were only there for one night to fit it Mount Etna Parkrun - just short walk to the start. But it ended up being an amazing 24 hours.
Beautiful room with the round bed & corner balcony. Restaurant was excellent - great food, great value and stunning view of Mount Etna as well ate on the terrace. Hotel recommended a sunrise hike up Etna to see the sunrise over the mainland ..... stunning, the 30 min drive to meet the hike at 3:30 am wasn't ideal but was so worth it. Have warmer clothes- wind was chilly

Cons:

Makes sense, but have to plan ahead to book time at the pool - take a swim cap!!

Un excellent hôtel avec piscine et un très bon accueil, au pied de l'Etna
Pros:

à cause du logiciel confus de Booking, je m'étais trompé de date: on était attendu le lendemain. L'accueil s'est mis en 4 pour nous trouver une chambre à notre arrivée
Un petit parking (14 places?) dans l'hôtel ;un autre très grand à 5' à pied.
Chambre vaste et bien agencée
Piscine très jolie et grande
Restauration :dîner et pdj au top
Germana à l'accueil nous a trouvé une excursion sur l'Etna et a tout arrangé

Cons:

la clim de la chambre était trop bruyante

Hotel novo, ótimo se pretende visitar o Etna.
Pros:

Simpatia da senhora que nos atendeu na recepção, super prestável e atenciosa, ajudou-nos a reservar uma tour ao Etna.
Foi-nos oferecido um Upgrade de quarto.

Cons:

TV e Frigorífico não estavam a funcionar.
Reservamos este hotel por ter estacionamento mas ao chegarmos havia um evento privado a decorrer no local e não havia estacionamento disponível.

Hotel con vistas al Etna
Pros:

El hotel es precioso. Tanto las habitaciones como las instalaciones son perfectas.
Vee desde la habitación el Etna es un lujo.
En recepción , Germana nos atendió con mucha profesionalidad y amabilidad.
Nos indicó muy bien como movernos por Catania, donde comer,…Es encantadora!!!
Hemos estado encantados los tres días que hemos estado.

Pros:

Bel établissement avec ascenseur, très bien situé pour aller vers le sommet de l'Etna, personnel super gentil et toujours à l'écoute. Une jolie piscine avec tout pour s'y reposer et des chambres très propres.

Cons:

Seule petite chose qui pourrait être un vrai plus, mettre du vrai pain au petit déjeuner en plus du pain de mie nature et complet en sachet
