Pros:

La vue étais magnifique, le petit déjeuner était très bien, et le personnel était très serviable.

Cons:

L’hôtel était en travaux, la piscine aussi, tout était un peu délabré, notre système d’air conditionné ne fonctionnait pas, la chambre était sur parfumé, nous avions des voisins bruyants, et étant donné qu’il n’y avait pas beaucoup d’isolation entre les chambres, nous n’avons pas bien dormi des quatre jours où nous étions là-bas, de plus il y avait des travaux dans la piscine qui commençait à 7h du matin. À coup de marteau-piqueur

Cons:

Perr il resto una grande fregatura. Un hotel in ristrutturazione, grazie alla TV non funzionante ci fanno lasciare la piccola angusta camera "ciclamino", dove c'era umidità nell'armadio, pezzi nel bagno rotti e termosifoni da accendere solo in tardo pomeriggio, per cui dovevamo morire di freddo. La nuova stanza de luxe era ricca di infiltrazioni, qui i termo non funzionavano, caldaia rotta, terrazza con luci notturne che davano fastidio dentro la stanza x riposare. Stessa cosa per il monitor dell'aria condizionata, non si spegneva. Al risveglio, oltre al rumore dell'acqua, i muratori che fumavano nel freddo corridoio. Colazione penosa, biscotti del mulino bianco, manca il pane fresco, il sale. Scarsa pulizia. L'operaio usava il phon della stanza per asciugare una parete. Pessimo.
Il giardino in costruzione. Per concludere: all'arrivo per la colazione non vi ha accolti nessuno.

La posizione e la vista dalla camera.
Molto gentile la signora che ci ha fatto il check in alla sera. Buono il ristorante.

Cons:

Camere non insonorizzate e non isolate. Le tende non permettono di oscurare completamente. In corso una ristrutturazione importante e manovalanze al lavoro di primissima mattina.

Duży przestronny pokój, z balkonem i widokiem na basen i Etnę , blisko do pakru Monti Rosi , blisko na parkrun Etna

Niw można było wyregulować ogrzewania jak dla mnie temp. Do spania 25.5 °C stanowczo za duża , w konsekwencji skończyło się bólem glowy.

2 dnia pobytu personel nie przygotowany na wydanie śniadania o 8 , w konsekwencji na siłę jedzenie tego co jest , najgorzej jak obsługa poda Ci z rana zimną kawę
