Pros:

Staff where brilliant. Location was perfect for our desires and food was very good. Cleaning staff excellent. It was our second stay at the hotel and we were pleased again.

Piękna lokalizacja z widokiem na Etnę
Do miasteczka zaledwie 1km

Duży przestronny pokój, z balkonem i widokiem na basen i Etnę , blisko do pakru Monti Rosi , blisko na parkrun Etna

Cons:

Niw można było wyregulować ogrzewania jak dla mnie temp. Do spania 25.5 °C stanowczo za duża , w konsekwencji skończyło się bólem glowy.

2 dnia pobytu personel nie przygotowany na wydanie śniadania o 8 , w konsekwencji na siłę jedzenie tego co jest , najgorzej jak obsługa poda Ci z rana zimną kawę

The perfect place to enjoy Nicolosi and Etna
Pros:

The accommodation is located in a very quiet area, with private parking. Our room was spacious, with a balcony offering views of Mount Etna and Catania. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The property itself is beautiful, with the option to have dinner on-site and the food was simply amazing. The pool area is lovely and perfect for spending a relaxing day.

We also appreciated the attention to detail in the lounge area, which had a very cozy and welcoming design.

Cons:

As for small improvements, the property could benefit from a bit more maintenance. It’s such a beautiful place, with a lot of investment put into it, and it would be a shame to let small details deteriorate. Taking care of these aspects would really make a difference and keep the location at the high standard it deserves.

Pros:

Soggiorno impeccabile. Lo staff si è dimostrato non solo professionale, ma estremamente cordiale e accogliente. Il momento più emozionante è stato durante la colazione: lo staff ha sorpreso mia figlia per il suo compleanno portandole un dolce per festeggiare, senza che noi avessimo chiesto nulla. Un gesto di rara attenzione che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. Consigliatissimo.

Pros:

La location è ottimale se hai la macchina, confermo che l'albergo conta con parcheggio all'interno! Il posto è silenzioso e ha un bel po' di amenities esterne. Non abbiamo utilizzato la piscina perché pioveva e faceva freddo, peccato perchè sembra molto bella. La colazione è buona e ben bilanciata, avrei gradito di trovare latte senza lattosio o prodotti vegetali (ma non ho segnalato la mia intolleranza in reception, colpa mia). Abbimo dormito bene, anche se al nostro arrivo la stanza era un po' fredda.

Cons:

La vasca della stanza non funzionava e noi avevamo scelto l'albergo per quello, lo staff si è mostrato gentile e ci ha fatto un piccolo sconto di una decina di euro (Gesto molto carino).

Staff accogliente,servizi ottimi ,camere accoglienti e belle calde,punto strategico che si divide tra Catania ed Etna ,comodo sia per salire in montagna e sia per passare del tempo al centro di Catania,posizione strategica su vista mare da un lato e vista sulla montagna dall’altro,panorama bellissimo,torneremo sicuramente!🥰
