An absolute gem of a place. Perfect self catering base up a small hill half way between Ladies Beach and Centrum. The apartment was fairly large with air conditioning and front and back balconies. Full sized fridge with small freezer was also nice to have. Ali and staff are so friendly, kind and very helpful with any requests or questions. We would definitely book here again.

Super petit appartement résidence avec piscine sur la Coline , magnifique vue sur la mer du balcon , jardin très fleuri . On y a séjourné une semaine en famille . Tres bien bonne adresse . C est mieux d avoir une voiture ou prendre le bus pour se déplacer car l hotel est au calme a 10 min de la ville ou du bord de mer .
Petite Amélioration à apporter à la plomberie … le debit ainsi que la température
de l eau des robinets de la douche et de la cuisine étaient très capricieux .

Apart nemodernizat, draperia atarna, lumina slaba peste tot, paturile scartaiau rau, fara mic dejun, bateriile la chiuvete si dus praf, curatenie ok, dar se putea si mai bine, wi-fi nu functiona deloc, dusul extrem de mic si cu rugina, am primit pana la urma de la vecinul de palier, tv nu functiona, tot vecinul a adus o telecomanda si a rezolvat, parcarea este pe laterala drumului ingust si in panta din fata cazarii de unde ieseai doar cu spatele, mobilier f invechit… Nu vom reveni. Scump scump pt ceea ce oferea.
Zeer leuk hotel, mooie authentieke tuin met zwembad. Het hotel is 10min wandelen van het centrum, vlot bereikbaar langs de kust.
Vanop de bovenste verdieping prachtig zeezicht !

L'eau n'est pas potable,on vous fournit une bonbonne de 19l la 1er gratuite , l'hôtel se situe en haut d'une pente raide
de locatie, vlak bij het centrum en toch zeer rustig gelegen, in de nabijheid van een zalig strandje.
zeer vriendelijk personeel, zeer hulpvaardig. zeer gedienstig.
het sanitair, de kranen in badkamer en keuken spoten water, je werd helemaal nat als je je handen wilde wassen.
de keuken was minimaal uitgerust, je kon er niet echt koken.
we waren er te gast in juni en toen was er geen mogelijkheid om in het hotel te ontbijten of 's avonds te eten.
de kamer was te licht, ' s morgens werden we vroeg wakker omdat er geen voldoende gordijnen voor de venster was.

Nothing to dislike
This was a last minute booking done in situ due to unavoidable family circumstances. I am torn with this review because the owner, Ali, is a really nice person and goes out of his way to do anything he can for you and he is dedicated to sorting out problems if they arise, I genuinely cannot fault him or any of the staff. The pool is excellent and the patio area around the pool is clean and well maintained and overall, the location makes this a very quiet and relaxing area to lay by the pool, which is very clean and also very well maintained. The site has a large fridge with various drinks from beer to soft drinks at what is a very reasonable price. Location of the accommodation is also good. It's about a 15 minute walk into seafront area of the town, which is all downhill and the views of the harbour and castle as you walk into town are breathtaking, so the walk doesn't even feel like a chore. (The walk back is about 25 minutes because it is all uphill, but again, the views are stunning and that bit of exercise helps to digest the excellent food on offer in the town!) The views from the accommodation, all of which have balconies and face out over the port and bay, are stunning, especially at sunset.
It's not that I didn't like it, it's just that I wasn't prepared for it. So, if you are, then this is not a problem. Car parking is in the narrow alley like 'road' at the front of the property. This is the width of one car with little parking bays at the side of of the road. If you cannot reverse or do not like reversing, then don't go up here, you won't be able to get out as there is no turning space. The pool area as stated, is excellent. The accommodation is very, very basic, but secure. We had a double bed room which has a sitting area, which is part of the room. There was a kitchen off this room but calling it a kitchen is generous. It has a camping gas double burner but no oven or microwave. There is a fridge with a built in freezer compartment which works well. The bathroom was adequate and it has a washing machine but man was that thing loud. The water supply is iffy at best. Now, in all fairness, the water is supplied by an underground well, so it is good water, but it splutters as it fights its way to the top floor. And if you can get it, then it may or it may not be hot. I believe that this may be down to the hot water being supplied by solar panels, which is common in Turkey, and why not? Free hot water! However, if you are showering first thing in the morning and other guests got to it first, you better like cold showers or wait until the sun has warmed up the tank! The room did have an aircon unit, which worked satisfactorily, but with the large windows being south facing, it had it's work cut out, so we kept the curtains drawn all of the time. There is no elevator at the site, so keep bags to minimum unless you want a workout! I am describing a top floor room, lower rooms have a larger layout and I guess better wifi due to proximity, which was important to me due to work. I would stay here again, but I would be better prepared. Again, it is what it is and the location, staff and pool are first class.

Good- the staff were friendly and helpful. Balcony lovely as we had a high room. Views were spectacular. Bottle of water very welcome.Communication was excellent. Fairly short walk in to centre but taxi back as up a steep hill.
Very run down apartments. Our toilet didn't flush a majority of the time. First morning, no hot water for shower ( tank on roof heated with sun). Chillier evenings so needed whilst that was supplied but no blankets and quilt was too small for the two of us.
Ali, onze host was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam, hij sprak goed Engels. De bistro bij het hotel was ook goed, fraai terras, uitzicht op zee, onder de vijgenbomen.
de wifi was matig, bed/matras was slecht maar Ali heeft gezorgd voor nieuwe matras. Super goed!
The staff are amazing here . They can’t do enough for you . Ali organized our transfers from the Airport. The location and view from our room was stunning. It’s lovely and relaxed , nobody banging on your door to do housekeeping which we loved . You definitely need to be mobile for the sharp hill on the way to the apartments. We are booking this apartment again for next year . Thanks to Ali and the amazing staff ❤️

The view was so Beautiful and you can see sunsets from the balcony and pool. The Host was very friendly and helped us with Everything we Needed. We would totally recommend the Hotel and are looking forward to come there again!
Ali was very helpful and kind towards us. He is a fantastic person! We had an amazing view from our balcony, overlooking the sea. The reception area is very cute and rustic. The room had everything that we needed and there was plenty of space.
Unfortunately it was just too far from where we were meeting our family. But I would 100% recommend for people looking to visit ladies beach and the castle as it is very close! It was great price as well very reasonable!
