Sarò molto breve, ma utile per altre persone, mai visto tanto egoismo in una struttura che si dichiara 4 stelle che non sono, siano andati via due giorni prima con due camere pagate, per disperazione senza essere né aiutata né capita, nonostante la presenza di una bambina le mie richieste non sono state ascoltate, formicaio da per tutto persino nel letto, un sacco di problemi nella camera come il bagno guasto per 3 giorni, TV non funzionante, frigo guasto, senza zanzariere, piscina ghiacciata e non elenco altro sarebbe lungo, un hotel a 4 stelle con un comportamento così è inammissibile, ho chiesto di parlare con un responsabile ma nulla ,come minimo avrebbero dovuto risarcire i due giorni che non abbiamo completato altri (400€) buttati.. portiere notturno di un arroganza inammissibile dopo aver elencato il nostro disagio più volte e chiesto assistenza mi ha mandata a quel paese diplomaticamente....(Preciso il ragazzo della reception cortese ci ha assistito come poteva ma senza risultati, la signora delle pulizie gentile e cortese) sconsigliatissimo...

Un lieu splendide, chaleureux et idéalement situé, tout est parfait !
Pros:

Nous avons absolument tout adoré ! Le lieu est splendide et l’on s’y sent comme à la maison, un vrai bonheur. L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité de toutes les villes à visiter, et le cadre est tout simplement magnifique. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse et très attentif à notre bien-être. Nous recommandons sans hésiter et reviendrons avec grand plaisir

De kamer was prima en het personeel heel behulpzaam.

Cons:

De locatie was met leegstaande gebouwen en veel graffiti. Het is niet 4 sterren waardig. De tuin is niet goed onderhouden. Overal bladeren en zaden van de bomen, zowel bij de ingang als
in het zwembad.

Pros:

За эти деньги с завтраком, все отлично! Рядом всякие магазины и ресторанчики конечно не туристическая зона но для переночевать, посетить достопримечательности и потом приятно искупаться в прохладном бассейне самое то! А если лень кому гулять как моему сыну то можно там и отдыхать загорать купаться, на территорию заказать пиццу. Вечером сидели большой семьёй у бассейна и обменивались впечатлениями!
Короче не гламур, но очень классно.

Réceptionniste et personnel de chambre au top

Cons:

Le personnel déjeuner et piscine bar ne fait pas son travail, des que le gérant a le dos tourné il ne foutent rien, le sol de la piscine est sal et attire les guêpes. Il ne savent pas servir un gin tonic. Au déjeuner le matin , les déjeuners finissent a 10h mais a 09h40 tout est déjà débarrasser.
C est une nouvelle gestion mais le gérant n as pas son personnel en main, si il continue comme ça dans 2 ans il est en faillite, c est dommage cet hôtel a un magnifique potentiel
