Übernachtungsmöglichkeit ohne großen Komfort
Pros:

Die Rezeption ist nicht besetzt aber telefonisch erreichbar. Der Schlüssel ist mit einem Code dann aus einem Schlüsseltresor zu entnehmen und wir konnten sogar früher als angegeben ins Zimmer

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit insgesamt ließ zu wünschen übrig. Föhn und Zuleitung waren sehr verstaubt, beim Fußboden einige Ecken nicht gewischt, auch im Zimmer viel Staub. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren aber sauber. Wenig Steckdosen, um Licht am Bett zu haben, lag eine Verlängerungsschnur bereit. Die Schnur quer durchs Zimmer war aber recht ungemütlich. Für eine schnelle Übernachtung OK, für einen gemütlichen Hotelaufenthalt eher nicht.

Cons:

Der Schlüsselkasten war kaputt und wir mussten warten bis jemand kam, um uns aufzuschließen. Theoretisch hätte die Rezeption aber bis 18 Uhr besetzt sein müssen. Während ich nur 20 Minuten gewartet habe, warteten die Gäste vor mir schon seit einer Stunde auf ihren Zimmerschlüssel. Als dann endlich jemand kam, wurden wir nicht mal begrüßt. Es kam kein Hallo und keine Entschuldigung fürs Warten, es wurde einfach wortlos aufgeschlossen. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und sauber, Wasser zum Trinken gab es aber keins. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat wie ich, den werden die Straßengeräusche stören. Die Wände sind extrem dünn und ich bin ständig wach geworden durch die Busse und Fußgänger, die draußen an meinem Zimmer vorbeigefahren/vorbeigegangen sind. Ich würde nicht nochmal hin gehen.

Der Spiegel und die Toilette waren furchtbar schmutzig und es herrschte ein widerlicher Geruch im Zimmer.

Für das Geld absolut in Ordnung!
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut. Wenn man ein Zimmer zum Hinterhof bekommt, ist es sehr ruhig.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet.

Cons:

Im Zimmer roch es nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch. Das wurde auch durch Lüften nicht besser.
Der Wasserkocher war nur auf dem Fußboden stehend zu bedienen, da er auf dem eigentlichen Tischchen keine Steckdose hatte.

Preis Leistung passt
Pros:

Zimmer für eine Übernachtung genutzt.
Dafür war es vollkommen ausreichend, wenn man keine besonderen Ansprüche hat. Das Personal war freundlich, Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend und der Preis für unter 70€ auch super.

Cons:

Parterre Zimmer zur Straße, was eine gewisse Geräuschkulisse mit sich bringt. Immer Winter OK. Sollte man jedoch mit offenem Fenster schlafen...
Für mich persönlich war das Bett viel zu weich, aber für die eine Nacht auszuhalten.

Disaster.
Cons:

I couldn’t access the room or building because there was no one available at reception. I didn’t get key box information until very late (22:50) by which point I was scared I would have to sleep on the street so I found a hostel instead.
