Werde dort nicht noch einmal buchen.
Cons:

Sauberkeit im Badezimmer: Boden nicht gewischt, Haare von Vorgängern auf dem Boden. Kommunikation vor Ort unhöflich. Empfang nur telefonisch erreichbar.

Will not stay here again.
Pros:

The room was spacious.

Cons:

They falsely advertise shuttle service. When I arrived in Berlin and asked them where I could meet the shuttle, they never answered. I had to pay €60 for a taxi. When I got to the hotel, I talked to somebody named Marina on the phone and she said there is no shuttle service and actually laughed. this was the only reason why I chose this hotel otherwise it’s in a rundown area with lots of graffiti and garbage on the streets but close to the metro that’s the only good thing

Nett für ein Wochenende aber vielleicht ein kleines bisschen zu teuer.
Pros:

Super liebe Betreiber. Das Frühstück ist überraschend vielfältig und liebevoll gemacht. Das Bett war ein tatsächliches Doppelbett ohne „Besucherritze“ was echt toll war. Der Flughafen Tempelhof ist nicht weit weg und es gibt eine kleine Markthalle die ebenfalls gut Fußläufig zu erreichen ist.

Cons:

Leider ist die Lage nicht so super aber es kommt auch darauf an was man sich in Berlin ansehen möchte. Da es sehr warm war und wir das Fenster zum Innenhof nur bedingt öffnen konnten war es leider sehr stickig und warm. Außerdem wären etwas Seife und vielleicht eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer ganz schön gewesen.

Altbau
Pros:

Objektiv war das Zimmer und Bad sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Objektiv war das Frühstück definitiv super.

Cons:

Subjektiv ist das Hotel halt in ein paar Altbauwohnungen hineingebaut und man muss durch knarrende und knauzige Altbautreppenhäuser hoch. Und nimmt wertvollen Wohnraum den Berlinern weg. Das war mir nich bewusst und stört mich prinzipiell. Ober objektiv war es in Ordnung, politisch halt unkorrekt

Cons:

Seife und Handtücher haben gefehlt. Hab erst auf Nachfrage, welche bekommen.
Frühstück war zwar im Preis inbegriffen, aber es war so gut wie leer, als ich ankam und Brötchen waren hart.
Rezeption war auch nicht besetzt.

У душі була зламана лійка, коли ходили по кімнаті - шафа хиталася і було враження що вона впаде. Вікна і стакани брудні, пильно. Гардини наполовину обірвані. Номер а-ля 80-ті рр.
