Poorly managed by staff. I have travelled on the continent for 30 years and never seen this attitude before.

We got held up on our journey, advised the restaurant had closed which is fair enough but bar had shut by 9.00pm but staff members were drinking from it whilst we would not be served.

On the whole, good but could have been better.

Polite and helpful staff.

Cons:

The evening meals need some improvement. Dry tasteless confit of duck on day one, and on day two the chips were soft, a funny, colour, limp and most unappetising.

ça sentait les égouts dans la chambre et nous sommes tombés malades suite a notre passage a l'hotel, nous supectons que la climatistion n'etait pas très propre.

Cons:

Clim chambre 307 en panne, pas de possibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres, trop bruyants, disputes dans les immeubles en face avec télévision à fond ce qui n'arrange pas les conflits. Mes petits fils ont dormi sur le sol pour trouver un peu de fraîcheur

Der Preis ist ok. Zimmer ist Sauber und die Dusche ist gut.

Cons:

Parking war am Abend voll. Es gab keinen Kühlschrank und der Mann an der Rezeption war nicht sehr proaktiv. Das Zentrum ist ziemlich weit entfernt und zu Fuß nicht umbedingt gut erreichbar. Im Zimmer funktioniert die Klimaanage nicht.

Cons:

Bonde douche descellée. Lunette de WC instable. Manque un support de savonnette et de shamppoing à l'intérieur de la douche. Pince-pantalon manquant dans la penderie.
