Arrivés dans la chambre et constater qu'elle n'a pas été faite (lit défait) on nous attribue une nouvelle chambre en nous disant en nous disant que ce désagrément est fréquent 🤔 Un service au restaurant interminable Plus d'une heure d'attente pour un plat et un dessert qui s'avère médiocre (surgelés et insipide). Chambre très mal insonorisée et petit déjeuner hors de prix pour le contenu relativement correct..'J'ai connu des Ibis autrement plus qualitatifs...dommage nous ne reviendrons pas

Le personnel était très compétent, avenant, arrangeant... Le jeune homme qui nous a reçus a tout fait pour nous aider ! Par exemple : Il nous a ouvert une salle à l'effet de brancher notre glacière et de placer des éléments importants (mise en sécurité). Parfait, donc.
